The massages were reasonably priced. I was not informed until after my massage that you can add hot stones to any massage at no additional charge. I try to treat myself to a.massage once a month and my first visit was great. However the following…read morethree visits gradually got worse but the massue demanded a tip. Which left me feeling more and more uncomfortable but I tipped anyway. My last visit I told the massue that I did not want the oil treatment but she gave it to me anyway and demanded a tip after increasing the price of the massage by a third. I did not like being treated like that and will not longer patron their business. I work just as hard to earn my money as they do, when I spend it I want to feel value. A tip is a gesture of gratitude for great service. I admit that I may only feel this way, so, I left three stars. However, I did not feel comfortable being pressured and the price being changed Everytime I visited.

The whole place smelled like mold. My friend booked for a couples massage and they didnt have the room ready so we had get massages separately. OH and it gets worse at check out they double charged me and didn't want to refund me on top of automatically adding the tip in the payment which was 76 dollars and no one told me about this until time of payment. When I complained about these things the management tells me my friend and I were banned from returning which was a blessing because neither of us were coming back anyways. And to top all that all parking gave me a ticket even though I paid for a all day pass when we got there. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

We didn't know what to expect going into it but I think everyone was pleasantly surprised. The staff was awesome - so accommodating, friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Since we had reserved the place to ourselves, it also included tea, water, sandwiches and cookies. I'm not sure if this is included during a regular visit but it was an extra touch for our group that made us really happy about the overall experience. I want to come back for a 15 minute massage during a lunch break sometime soon. It's affordable and convenient.
