It was so charming and inviting that, honestly, I initially walked in just to look around without any intention of buying anything. :) Buttttt, after seeing everything in the display case, my family and I decided we had to come back later and grab some food to take back to our hotel so we wouldn't be stuck eating another McDonald's breakfast. Boy, am I glad we did! We picked up two quiche slices (different/they seem to vary by day), a pastry of some sort, and the baked oatmeal, and everything was delicious. The portions were huge, the prices were very reasonable, and everything tasted homemade, of course. I especially recommend the quiche - whichever one looks best to you. I was also pleasantly surprised that it came with a side of fresh fruit (that was actually good) such a nice addition to the meal. :) We were so happy to find a place in Hummelstown where we could enjoy delicious homemade food while also supporting a local business during our stay. If you're visiting the area and staying nearby, I'd definitely recommend stopping in rather than defaulting to the usual chain breakfast spots. And if you actually live in the area or have some time to spare, even better, grab a seat inside or outside, slow down, and enjoy the atmosphere. ! Such a charming little find!

It had more of a pound cake consistency, but it was still moist and rich without feeling too heavy. The real standout, though, was the icing it was so light and airy, more like a whipped frosting than the usual dense kind. It balanced the cupcake perfectly and made the whole thing feel indulgent without being overwhelming. Definitely worth every calorie.

It was a bit difficult to find from that side, even with his directions, as once again NO signs. They had plenty of signs for locating your building and room... so why wouldn't they add signs for finding food and getting more $$ out of their patrons?? Once we finally found it with the hope of not being towed, we also saw where the main parking was - a HUGE lot out front. The service inside was great. They even had gluten-free blueberry muffins that were so good I almost wolfed it down before getting a photo. Fluffy and moist... not a brick or dry like most GF baked goods. They had other GF baked goods listed as well, but none were in stock. Hubs got a breakfast sandwich that he said was really good. We both got mochas - his was supposed to be iced and they made it hot (happens a lot, actually), but it was "fine"... Mine was basically a melted Reese's cup and OMG.
