Indulged in some sweets at this small dessert shop inside Hershey's Chocolate World in Hersheypark…read more This shop includes lots of unique and delicious dessert options (ie: fudge, cookies, cheesecakes, cupcakes, etc). The ambiance is very simple, but it included great on theme decorations like the melted chocolate on the walls. Ambiance rate: 7/10. I ordered... 1. Peanut Butter Explosion Fudge: This large slice of fudge was yummy and incredibly sweet, almost overly sweet! It had a great mix of peanut butter and chocolate flavor with reese's pieces incorporated into it. Price: $10. Rate 8/10. 2. Peanut Butter Cookie: This cookie was very scrumptious! The peanut butter and chocolate flavor melted nicely in my mouth. It was also super soft and warm! I liked how it included reese's peanut butter cups and pieces. Price: $6. Rate 10/10. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Service/staff rate: 7/10. Overall, this is definitely one of Hersheypark's dessert shops to stop at if you have a big sweet tooth!

Sweets upon sweets!…read more This is located in the gift shop right before you enter the park. You do not need an admission ticket to enter this store. There was so much to choose from. I kept eyeing all the display cases and I couldn't decide. I asked the kind employee what her favorite thing is, and she can only pick ONE thing. It took her a few minutes to decide but she said the cheesecake..so that is what I went with. I had the cookies and cream cheesecake. It was a decent size. Flavors were great. Definitely got a cookies and cream flavor in each bite. I also loved the piece of cookies and cream candy bar on top. It cost about $10, and I feel that's a fair price. As already mentioned above, service was friendly.

What a cute little bakery! I stumbled across this place while visiting from out of town, and it…read moreimmediately made me feel like I had stepped onto the set of Gilmore Girls or something. It was so charming and inviting that, honestly, I initially walked in just to look around without any intention of buying anything. :) Buttttt, after seeing everything in the display case, my family and I decided we had to come back later and grab some food to take back to our hotel so we wouldn't be stuck eating another McDonald's breakfast. Boy, am I glad we did! We picked up two quiche slices (different/they seem to vary by day), a pastry of some sort, and the baked oatmeal, and everything was delicious. The portions were huge, the prices were very reasonable, and everything tasted homemade, of course. I especially recommend the quiche - whichever one looks best to you. I was also pleasantly surprised that it came with a side of fresh fruit (that was actually good) such a nice addition to the meal. :) We were so happy to find a place in Hummelstown where we could enjoy delicious homemade food while also supporting a local business during our stay. If you're visiting the area and staying nearby, I'd definitely recommend stopping in rather than defaulting to the usual chain breakfast spots. And if you actually live in the area or have some time to spare, even better, grab a seat inside or outside, slow down, and enjoy the atmosphere. ! Such a charming little find!
