Being that it's one of the most expensive dishes on the menu, I think it's important for them to maintain consistency. I usually go during the day or early evening and every time I've gone, the ambiance has been laid back and relaxing. Service is always friendly and welcoming despite the language barrier. The stuffed grape leaves were not as memorable as the other offerings but certainly still fine.
