My glazed donut was yummers, light and airy. My cake donuts were superb. Cakey without the dense heaviness. They were gorgeous looking. But some of the raised donuts looked a bit wonky. The glaze had air bubbles and uneven layer and rough edges on several of them. So not sure if it was an off day for the baker. Proofing dough is tricky business. The staff person was terrific. Great attitude.

Since it had been years even stepping foot into this place, I figure why not pay a visit and try them out again. I came here with my lady during the morning of Saturday 10/3/2026 at around 11:15am. One great thing about this business is the abundance of parking as you will never have a problem finding a spot, even on the busiest days. Once inside, the interior layout has a very cafeteria-type feel to it with a ton of seating to actually accommodate a few dozen customers. Their menu offers a ton of choices ranging from the sweet options (donuts, bear claws, strudels, cinnamon rolls, donut holes, cream puffs, etc) to the more savory options (croissants, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches, etc). They also carry a nice assortment of coffee beverages (drip & flavored as well as espresso drinks), fruit smoothies, juices, milk, tea, and hot cocoa. Many donut-only shops offer a very limited selection but this place really does a phenomenal job with their huge variety. During our visit, my lady and I decided on ordering a bagel sandwich complete with an egg and melted cheese inside. We also ordered a glazed donut to enjoy with our coffee. And as a nice touch, they actually included (2) glazed donut holes at no extra charge. Service was quick as it took less than 5 minutes to receive our breakfast bagel sandwich. Everything was made to order and tasted fresh. The donut was also made to perfection as these tasted as fresh as can be. Some other features of this place is a large refrigerator containing sodas as well as chips to enjoy with your sandwich. And of course a public restroom in the back area. All in all, "Family Donuts & Deli" is the real deal. And considering they are open for business 7 days a week from 4am-3pm, they will be happy to serve you. Since I live 10 minutes north of here and work 10 minutes south, I have come here on numerous occasions to surprise my coworkers with donuts. And so far, they've raved about how fresh and delicious they taste! With that said, I am giving this place a perfect five star rating.

I asked if the amount was correct and explained that I had been told $30 for the original order. The employee recalculated it and still said it was correct, then asked if I still wanted them. Unfortunately, this put me in a very uncomfortable position because there were people behind me, my children were with me, and the doughnuts were for my daughter's school class. I felt embarrassed and pressured into paying an amount I was not prepared for based on the quote I had received. Mistakes happen, but the situation was handled with very little concern or effort to make it right. The experience left a bad impression, and I won't be returning.

I selected 6 dozen, added them to the cart. Then I did a second 6 dozen orders, then added that to the cart. This dude proceeded to insinuate that I lacked the capability to understand user interfaces. He showed me the receipt and it said 12 donuts were ordered. I told him, I just need a container so ai could gift them. He then said, " I will not give you 2 boxes. " Times must be tough for this dude's branch. With his lack of common courtesy, I could see why they couldn't spare a measly paper box for 6 donuts. This dude must have been at least a supervisor and I did not get his name from his name tag. I think it said " Behenchood or Madarchod " but I didnt see it properly. I am attaching a photo of a celebrity which he looked like to this review. If you guys go there, avoid Mr. Chod, he sucks at service.

We are new to the area so we are trying different places. Had great food at Pho ABC, almost got sick at Teriyaki. Then found our favorite donut shop ever!! It's always full of wonderful donuts fresh everyday. When ever we buy they always put in an extra donut or at minimum a bunch of donut holes. Let me tell you they are the best and wonderfully addictive. The owners are so nice and sweet themselves. This is our favorite donut place! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the donuts are delicious. We go often for Sunday donuts, and have even asked them to make custom donuts for a special event. Especially during Covid, I appreciate the attention to cleanliness and social distancing. We don't take my son to many public places right now, but feel comfortable taking him to Baker's Dozen and he looks forward to picking out his chocolate donut. Highly recommend! read more

We've been coming here for years. Honestly as long as I can remember. They have really good coffee, the strong kind you'd expect from a donut shop. It's not the healthiest option but they'll split any donut you want and fill it with whipped cream. The prices are average but the staff are amazing. read more
