I appreciated the contract was professional and comprehensive with provisions to address repairs/corrections (if necessary) after work is completed. Their quote was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The workers were professional, adaptable to changes, and demonstrated pride in their work through the lifecycle of the project. I also appreciated they took their time installing the sheetrock and made all of their cuts with precision and tight fitting joints; they pre-cut wiring box, lighting, and HVAC holes prior to hanging rather than roto-zipping the holes, which mitigated potential damage to wiring in boxes. They were responsive and non argumentative to touch up areas I identified that needed sanding and/or paint; and they independently performed their own quality assurance touch ups throughout the process. They used quality Sherwin Williams paint and applied multiple coats to ensure uniform application. Great company, leadership, and workmanship overall. They completed the project without pauses and used the same workers throughout. In the end, all of the sheetrock lines are crisp and straight and the surfaces are smooth and even. Shortly after I left the store, Nabell called me to accuse my young child of stealing her phone. I told her she was mistaken and wished her luck. Nabell then filed a police report alleging my elementary school aged child stole her phone. When the police contacted me I asked them to locate the phone with "find my phone". The police officer said he was required to speak to my child in person and came to my home. My son was terrified and traumatized. 30 minutes later Nabell found her phone in the store. This irresponsible, heartless woman lost her own phone, never set up "find my phone" and blamed it on an innocent child. Her behavior is abhorrent. Everyone should steer clear of her.
