Horrible company and service. This company is the worse. They make you call ahead for your order but won't return your calls to place the order. I sent my husband today to get sand for our pool filter and they slammed the door on his face and said call ahead. I called them to talk to the manager about this and he hung the phone up on me. Than I tried calling back and they hung it up again. Worst company. Don't buy anything from here. Horrible service!!! read more

Helpful, knowledgeable and good products. You can get pool supplies for less money but you're not getting the same strength so you'll probably have to buy more than you would at Baker. The guy that can never remember my name is great and I can't remember his name either but that's ok. I'm recognized and greeted and treated great with every visit. You visit stores because you like the service, in most cases, and Baker is top notch service. read more

For the last two years I have been going to Baker Pool & Spa, and I have received nothing but the best. I live in O'Fallon MO, and even though there are places much closer to my house, I do not feel they give the service that Baker Pool & Spa gives. I deal with the same group of people every time, and they are friendly, responsive, and a class act in all areas. I purchased my hot tub there in 2012, and have had the opportunity to see that everything I was promised be the truth! I wouldn't go anywhere else if I had to purchase another hot tub, or if I needed chemicals for my hot tub or pool. Kudos to Baker Pool & Spa! read more

The team at Baker Pool is excellent and their knowledge and service is consistently top notch. They are patient with questions, and always willing to help educate me with my pool care. In these crazy times of COVID-19, they are taking not the only my safety but their staff's safety seriously. I opened my pool in late April and they have provide prompt curbside service when I placed my order ahead of time. Additionally, they send the water testing results within the expected time they provided. We purchased a Hot Spring Grandee Spa from Baker in April 2014 and absolutely love it! The electrical work was done efficiently (we had to run new electrical wire to where we were putting the spa), and the sales team kept in great contact the entire time. The pump on the hot tub went out after a week and Baker completely remedied the problem. They had a service technician out the next day, figured out what was wrong (we didn't know it was the pump at the time), and fixed in within the week. The technician had to drain the hot tub and then refill it. This was what I expected; however, what I didn't expect was that the technician also put the hose away after he was finished using it. Talk about service. The overall quality of the spa is fantastic. It's easy to get in, the water is always at the correct temperature, and my gas and electric bills haven't been astronomical. I definitely recommend Baker Pool & Spa. read more

I would highly recommend Baker Pool. When we purchased our new home with a pool over 3 years, I was petrified that I would tear something up as I had no idea how to care for a pool. I decided to go in to Baker Pool and see what I was up against. From day one, Josh has taken my numerous call with questions; and given me outstanding advice--making me feel comfortable caring for my own pool. Each week I bring my pool and spa water in to be tested and feel confident that the products recommended to me are necessary for the health and longevity of my pool and spa. We've had such a good experience with Baker, that we recently purchased a Hot Springs spa with another great experience. The owner of Baker Pool came to my house to help me think about various considerations for my spa placement. He then met with my contractor to make sure he knew exactly what was necessary and to answer any questions the contract had. Most recently, I took my Polaris pool cleaner in for a "free labor" promotion and Pete found some issues with our machine (also purchased at Baker). Pete fixed our cleaner and had it ready the next day--all with a smile. This is the second hot tub I have purchased from Baker Pool, the first one lasting over 22 years, and still running. More importantly is the selection of hot tubs, allowing a upgrade/downgrade in size as lifestyles change. This includes multiple options too based on one's financial situation. And with this is exceptional interest, customer service and support from the staff. The Hot Spring spa I bought here and the installation process were both fine. The guys in the store are very helpful and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, I STRONGLY CAUTION AGAINST USING THE AFFILIATED BAKER POOL SERVICE. The service company is different than the store, to be fair, but they will suggest using the service company. After they last serviced my tub there were 30-40 scratches in the bottom and on the seats. Some quite deep. It took two months of phone calls to even get the service company to come out and investigate. Then the guy complained the whole time that they didn't do it yet said he'd have to fire the technician who serviced the spa. In the end, they refused to handle it and gave me the number of a surface refinisher. I'm left with an $11,000, two-year old spa full of scratches. Not cool. read more
