He is an adult and continues to come despite now living an hour away. We love coming here. There have been small staff changes over the years however the loving environment, care of patients, detail and love remained. I had an appointment yesterday after a very long an exhausting day. It actually got better when I walked in and saw their faces. Pretty sure I fell asleep during my cleaning lol. I will continue to come here as long as I live in the DFW area. I live everyone here. They always remember us and conversations start where they last ended. They are so nice and friendly.

So I visited this establishment back in 2017 and the review on here from the gentleman in 2015 is…read moreaccurate. I came here because it was conveniently down the street from where I live. Everyone was nice and professional which is what I had expected from the location. HOWEVER, when it came time for me to meet the than, the blonde dental hygienist.. very rude and lazy demeanor. She didn't bother to introduce herself as I was already prepped in the chair after my x rays were taken. Then she walked over to me as if she was bothered that she had to be there to do her job. She pulled out a plaque scrapper and began roughly cutting into my gum line. I told her she was scraping too hard and it was very uncomfortable. Now my teeth were not in the best condition but definitely better than some who walk into a dentist office. I had maybe a couple cavities filled in that day but her comments were not necessary. She began talking about how I had way too much plaque and that I needed to reschedule for another day! Yes, yelling at me. I never caught the blonde bimbos name because I was planning on reporting her. I looked at her like she was crazy when she said I had too much plaque. She spent a whole 15 seconds in my mouth dropped the scraper because I had told her she was being rough got up and advised that I reschedule for another day (with attitude). I had seen her earlier in the back office just standing there gossiping about her day with a technician when I was awaiting for the male D.D.S. to show up. Don't get me wrong the place is well kept, the rest of the staff was nice. However, after my procedure was done I never came back I was humiliated in front of the staff because she began blurting out saying I had way too much plaque like if it was caked on my teeth. Seriously over exaggerating! When all was said and done she went back to gossiping and standing around. I'm happy this place is under new management but because of the blonde dental hygienist whatever her name is?? whether she still works there or not I won't be returning. No one should feel humiliated going to someone for a check up. I hate to think how she treats other clientele with less than perfect oral health.
