There was no compassion for the situation that I was in I will never ever go back to them or recommend them to anyone I did find another dentist which happily fixed my dentures for free and now I'm going to order uppers and lowers through them that's the people I give my business to shame on you Justin dental and braces.

I even moved about 45 minutes away and have never found a place I love as much as this one, so I've decided it's worth the drive to keep going! The staff is kind, warm, and extremely knowledgeable and transparent. I never feel uncomfortable or pushed into extra services. I went into a routine cleaning today with a few concerns and questions about whether restorative dentistry would benefit me, and got a very in-depth and honest explanation about what that would look like in terms of responsibility and upkeep and how at this stage, I don't really need anything that intense. My hygienist walked through my options with me about how I could improve my smile with gentle whitening and smoothing to address a few small chips in my front teeth. Which, we did and I'm beyond happy with!! I'm so glad I didn't go the route of potential veneers or composites, which is what I feared my only options were when I first went in. Be aware of this provider. I have been taking my daughters here for 8 years now. Since they move to…read morethe bigger facility they want to push you extra services. In the kids section is ok because you will be there 100% of times to consent or not. But once they move your kid to the the adult side, then a whole other story, they want to do the same, even if no parent is presenting to consent. She is only 16, so instead of working with you to add a note to her file not to allow additional devices unless there is a parent consent, they want to threaten you with canceling the appointments and not providing the basic/ intended service.

That is not what we want." That level of customer service and attention is rare today and one of the reasons I will continue to use this dental office. Also told me that me that my brothers insurance was accepted and after 8 months and 5 separate visits, received a surprise bill and told they do not accept his insurance. Told me some bs about how it took awhile to fax over insurance information from provider. Never received one call from the non existent office manager. Dr. Young is great but will not be retuning after multiple problems with his front desk staff who only know how to swipe cards and setup appointment.
