I have two of their products, I'm not a pro or even casual climber - I live in Florida so there's nothing to climb, but I've reached out twice over the year for a headlamp that I left in my car and the batteries exploded and their functional Noctilight case that started breaking - both products were purchased in 2018 and the headlamp was 100% my fault and I told them Other places would tell me that these things were my fault (they'd be right) or it was just wear and tear (reasonable) and they couldn't do anything or they'd offer me a 20% for something from the site, but not Petzl. Petzl completely repaired my headlamp and sent me a rechargeable battery pack (retails for about $30) and since they couldn't replace the headlamp case, they're sending me a completely new one, all at no cost. It's absolutely incredible and I've never bought anything from a company that goes this above and beyond for people. I wish they'd expand their product line to more outdoor gear and I'd buy everything from them, they're a company you want to tell everyone about and everywhere else should take notes. INCREDIBLE!

They also sell propane so if you need to fill up a bottle come here. In the spring they have a few types of chicks to buy so the kids like to see that. It is a good store and close to my house and it has saved me lots of time from having to drive all the way to ogden. While I was looking at the different products, a large heavyset female came and stood next to me and started staring at products. While I was trying to decide which product I should get, ( since the exact liquid form I wanted was out), she asked if I was going to just stare at things or was I going to actually get something? WTF? I turned to discover it was an employee!!! Her body language, her tone, her approach was very intentionally aggressive and confrontational. My husband found me just as this was happening and he shut it down, which in hindsight was good because I was beyond triggered! Nothing I was doing merited being treated like this. I live less than 4 miles from this store. I will never return and I'll make sure others don't either.
