But I am feeling much more confident, and considering there is a 3 month warranty, I feel relaxed knowing they will come back if I have any more issues. It is a shame that we in Brooklyn must have to deal with these problems, but this company makes an unpleasant problem as bearable as possible. Tommy came today to service the basement, first floor and second floor tenant apartment. He was so very nice, pleasant, professional and efficient, and really did a fantastic job. He explained everything and patiently answered my many questions. He was also very courteous to my tenant and alleviated her concerns. We both look forward to next month's visit and feel very confident about the service. In addition, Paul is truly outstanding and really bends over backwards to accommodate his clients. I suddenly had to change the time window, and he got back to me right away with a great solution. He is certainly a pleasure to deal with. If, like me, you have an unpleasant pest problem that needs to be remedied, you don't need to look any further. Abolish Pest Control has my highest recommendation, and that is saying a lot, as I am not one who is easily pleased!

Within an hour, Bruno was onsite and had confirmed that it was Rocket J. Squirrel and also confirmed what we suspected was Rocket's entry point from outside of the building. Bruno placed two traps for the squirrel in the ceiling before we left work for the day and told us that we would just have to wait. The next day, Bruno returned to see if our new friend had taken the bait. Unfortunately, no luck. He realized that our squirrelbuddy wasn't actually stuck in the ceiling, but using our ceiling as a refuge from the poor weather. He came up with a new game plan, suggesting that we first seal the hole outside and then Rocket would go in search for food and find the peanut butter in his trap. Without fail, Monday morning, there was definitely something stuck. We called Bruno, he was at another jobsite. He finished there, came straight to us and brought Rocket J. Squirrel out with him, assuring us he would return him to Prospect Park. What a relief! I would definitely use Bruno's company again! He was warm and personable and efficient!

This lack of transparency left me feeling scammed, especially after I went through the whole process with management to prepare for extermination, only to later learn from a medical professional that my skin issue was not bed bug-related at all. Adding to the confusion, they claimed the bed bugs were on a brand new bed frame in an apartment I had just moved into, which seemed highly unlikely. If anything, I would have expected an issue with my couch from my previous apartment. The technician was unprofessional--bad-mouthing other companies and raising his voice, which only added to the anxiety of an already uncomfortable situation. He even texted me later to apologize for his behavior, which felt unprofessional given the circumstances. I would not recommend Dr. Sniff Bed Bugs to anyone looking for honest, professional service. Not to mention they won't stop calling me now because I wrote this review.

I was up front about my stress about the price and he was open about what he could do for me. Honestly a huge relief, because when you're stuck with pest you literally have no choice. I appreciated that he worked within my budget and gave me all the options. Ray was able to fit us in the next morning (THANK YOU!!) We were able to get an inspection and found out that it wasn't a whole family of them. Just 4 or 5!
