And they are Albacore Tuna, Tuna, Yellowtail and Salmon for nigiris and Yellowtail roll. They were dined into very small pieces which I thought was not the typical way to put in miso soups or any other kind. And to produce this quality in this mountain town in Colorado is something I could give them my accolades.
