    Carne asada tacos
    Belle C.

Service was good, flavors are very good, app ingredients were fresh. The food was good and the meat was tender. Definitely a little hidden on the street but so glad we found it. Lots of seating and space.

    Such a cute logo!

First off, LOVE Bainbridge Island! Bainbridge Tacos had amazing food, quick service! Such a cute spot and easily accessible from the ferry. My partner got the carne asada tacos and I got the Al pastor volcanos (their version of a tostada). GREAT spot for someone who is gluten free (my partner!), the only thing they fry in their fryer are the corn tortillas for the volcanos. Make sure to get both the red and the green salsas... really the cherry on top of the dishes.

Dilan great customer service. Everything was great fast pleasant service. There salsa was bomb!! Tacos del pastor greatly recommended

Great street tacos. Outside seating, outstanding service. The Al pastor tacos were excellent. Take the ferry and have lunch.

The food was plain and overpriced. The lady working was nice, but our order was missing half of the food expected. Will not return.

I ordered the chicken fajitas and it included a side of refried beans and rice. I'd say the beans were ok they had cheddar cheese on top. The rice was ok as well. It also included your choice of tortillas and I went with flour. They were soft and nice size. The chicken had a good flavor and came out nice and hot. Combing all toppings on the flour and making tacos turned out to be really good after all. The plate is generous portion and will leave you satisfied. I ordered a guava margarita on the rocks and the drink itself is huge. I enjoyed the drink as it was refreshing and I was needing to cool down from all the walking. Price for these two items were $41 not including tip left. So very valuable meal on the island and well enjoyed.

She treated locals with kindness and us like we were a problem. Do not recommend at all. The male bartenders were great though! She asked us to pay in cash for each drink and then was going to charge us for chips and salsa while the other table could order and have free chips and salsa Honestly one of the worst experiences I hav ever had. Such a tourist trap- they were price gouging for the Fourth of July. I guess that's how they see the American way. Two thumbs down- do not give these people your money

I know it sounds silly to say that chips can stand out, but the chips here have so much seasoning on them, and are always fresh. They don't come free, but they are well worth purchasing them for your table, and they still do free refills once you do. Also their birria tacos are amazing. They're huge and so full of meat, the consomme is delicious and flavorful. This place is one of my all time favorite mexican restaurants. It's not the fanciest, not the flashiest, but it's one of the best around.

Individuals behind me were taken first because they had to go orders. The menu does not reflect actual food prices. The rice and beans is shown as $7.25 but they charge $7.30. The chips and salsa show up as 4.13 but are charged as $4.25. There is a taco plate (which is what I ordered) on the menu for $12.43, but the very official printer paper taped in front of the register shows $12.99 (which is the actual charge). The menus are on tvs, so I wouldnt imagine it would be that difficult to update. The amounts aren't substantially different, but it's a little deceptive. It took 11 minutes for my order to be ready, which is pretty fast given the amount of customers they had. The rice and beans tasted like they came from the same supplier as many other. restaurants, they're fine but unremarkable. The chips were pretty tasty, but the salsa seemed quite watery. The tacos themselves were ok. Nothing special. The chicken tasted like it hadn't been seasoned at all. The red sauce for the tacos had zero spice. The habanero sauce tasted almost the same as the red sauce. The most spicy thing that came with the tacos was the grilled jalapeño, but that and the grilled onions just seemed weird and out of place. Think I will find a new taco place when I visit Poulsbo.

The restaurant itself is pretty interesting inside with graffiti type art on the walls and bright vibrant booths. I ordered 6 street tacos, 2 chicken, 2 chorizo, and two ground beef. All were incredibly delicious. I had the habanero hot sauce (which is a 4 out of 5 for them) on all proteins. Its SUPER good. Just the right amount of heat for me, but probably not for folks who are sensitive to hot foods. Had the Chile de Arbol on the chicken, and it went really nicely with that. Last I put some Chipotle on a ground beef taco, and while it wasn't my favorite, it still added a nice smokey flavor and mild spice. Overall, a very positive experience and a place I will certainly be back to!

I asked to place an order to go and the guy went in the back and asked whoever was there and came back and said no. His reason was because it was a slow day and "didn't feel like making more food". Never experienced anything like this before. You want great tacos and birria? Go to Jessicas Taqueria in Silverdale. Her business hours are legitimate and won't refuse service because of laziness. My husband and I came here last evening craving for some tacos. Growing up in the bay area in Cali, tacos are a huge hit and I can definitely say a small place like this in Washington really did their thing. Tacos were good. The birria tacos were okay but definitely were a little dry and definitely could've had more meat and cheese. The consomme was very bland so dipping the birria tacos in it didn't really make the tacos taste any better. Burrito was okay however, it was very flat. Flavor was definitely there and was really tasty. I just wish there were more ingredients added. Honestly it felt like I was eating a quesadilla rather than a burrito. My husband had cocktail which he liked very much and I had horchata. Horchata was good but a tad bit grainy. Our server was very nice! Service definitely was great. We were served our food very fast and even then the food was HOT! This spot is very compact and intimate. Would not recommend for larger parties 4+. All in all tacos were the star of the show. Would return just for the tacos only and horchata.
