The people are nice but their food is always expired. I wouldn't trust any of their food. The place is pretty gross and always smells bad.

The store has good coffee. Next door is their laundromat that was just redone and is really nice. Their dry cleaning services are great.

The people working there are super helpful and so friendly. They show extreme patience with questions and offer suggestions. The ambience is typical of an old pizza place. I loved it. It felt like I was a teen back in the '80s with the style of pizza table seating. Long tables and benches, more reminiscent of picnic tables, than actual seats. Figaro's is a place I would go out of my way for!

Served fresh off the grill. Hot and oozing with flavors. Literally so good. It reminds me of a DIY attempt at making a Big Mac in the best way possible. Mayflower: Oven roasted turkey, house stuffing, lettuce, bacon, mayo, and house made cranberry sauce. Molly got it on ciabatta instead of in a wrap. She wished it had more stuffing and more mayo but still so incredible. Also, what's up with these free brownies?! Lethal. SO good. Chewy, moist, and on the house? Unreal. The staff here is electric. So fun and upbeat. Also the line moves quick so don't let the long line scare you!

What a great find! We had never walked down this street before. We were lucky this time! When we…read moresaw "Italian Market", we just had to go in. We were surprised to see they also made sandwiches. It's a small store, but the variety of products to take home is really good. Really nice staff. We walked in at the right time, because as we were leaving, a swarm of people walked in. It's very popular. The square sour dough is great! The Italiano is right up there as a must-have sandwich. We ordered two sandwiches exactly how they prepare without substitutions. The name of the second sandwich is escaping me. Another fantastic sandwich. And, cheap for what they give you! We were going to find a restaurant for lunch and We brought the sandwiches back to our hotel to have for dinner later and breakfast the next morning. Yeah, only a couple bites made it to the next morning. Soooooo good! They sell the best balsamic I have ever had. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Boston. BTW, they gave us a business card, because they ship, too. People have them ship the balsamic all the time.

The seating was a bit hars to find but I went during the busiest time on a Saturday. My partner got the strawberry matcha and she really liked it. It's crazy that they have a sky light in a commercial building it's great and very cozy vibes. 10/10 would recommend

There's so many options when it comes to food, hot food or quick food! My favorite are the hand-rolls, ranges from $4-$8, and the strawberry matcha latte, perfect flavor and sweetness. The onigiris in the fridge are fantastic, as low as $2 and is amazing to eat later, but there are fresh made ones for about $4 each. They also have the infamous egg sandos, for quick grabs! I need to try the curry katsu next time because I see so many people ordering those. Sometimes they have food demonstrations from Japan and they are always so nice! It's fun in here, but finding a seat could be difficult during lunch hour, but people tend to come and go, so it's worth the wait.
