About 2 years ago I began doing individual lashes for my vacations. I would purchase a Groupon for 90-120 lashes and after my trip ill just let them fall off. I then came across Pro Skincare, I purchased a groupon for 160 lashes (I always thought I wanted them fuller). My tech did an amazing job with my lashes and I absolutely loved them. I then decided to get a refill 2 weeks later and the rest is history ! Doing my lashes every 2 weeks is something I would have never imagined. Due to my eye issues and sensitivity I am very cautious with what I do as I had a problem with rubbing my eyes. I can assure you I have never felt more comfortable; I have never had an issue with the lashes feeling heavy and or uncomftorable. The best part is I barley rub my eyes now ! Pro Skincare has 2 locations and I've done my lashes and have recommended many friends to both locations. Both locations are extremely clean, they are following the social distancing rules when booking and they everyone is wearing a mask at all times. The staff is absolutely amazing especially during these rough times. Michelle is my go to tech at the 5th ave location and when she gave birth I was extremely sad ! This is definitely a place I cannot recommend enough with amazing prices on both new sets and refills !

Though I've had other people work on my facials, Shelly was always the best. Needless to say, I followed her when she started her own business. There are 2 rooms that are available when you make an appt. with Shelly and yes, it's part of the Pink Sands tanning salon on the 3rd floor. My preference is the small pink colored room as it feels more peaceful and serene than the other. Both are renovated and clean, but the other room just feels colder. Shelly does a really great job in making you feel comfortable and most importantly (for me, anyway), the extractions aren't as painful as they have been at other spas. The facial massages are fantastic so much so that I've fallen asleep several times. She also doesn't try to hard sell you on the products but will give you advice on your skin if you ask. If you're looking for a straight-forward experience with a friendly and knowledgeable person looking after your skin, then come to Shelly. It's been about 3+ years with her and would have no issue recommending her to my friends and family. Plus, you can't beat the value of the facial as it isn't overly expensive.

However Rebecca's facilities were very clean and very sterile. Even though the place was small, it had the feel of a professional. Rebecca was very welcoming, nice and patient throughout the process. Well, i showed up for my appointment, and Iris was NOT EVEN OPEN! I waited for 30 minutes, and finally gave up. I called and left a message, as i did not want my card charged. I think it is so disrespectful to clients to allow online booking but to never confirm said bookings and then to FLAT OUT NOT SHOW UP.
