We have come here during the summer and it was crowded, kinda messy. My kids got coupons from school and free stuff is good:) apparently the public speaks (bad reviews and all) and boy do they listen!!! Everything was super clean and everyone was extremely pleasant and on task:) we were there for about 30 minutes and at least twice someone walked around twice to check all of the tables. Huge change from the last time we were in. Had the peach flamingo smoothly for the first time and love it. I love the games that they have. Yes, the wait is a bit- I've also waited longer at Starbucks for a mocha- so play a game- enjoy the experience. They have a drive through which seemed to have less of a wait. My family and I waited in line for over an hour. We were eager to experience the snow-cones so many people rave about. Once we were served and were on our way, we tasted our snow. We were sadly disappointed. After a tremendous wait, the staff got the flavor wrong on one of the snow-cones. And the other ones tasted watered down. My family and I have been to Bahama Buck's on several occasions. They are good but, don't waste time getting a large. I've ordered a large on server all occasions me asked for extra juice since it was dry & I have gotten the same outcome- Dry Ice. But, the Jamaican Punch is the best on the menu. read more

I'm giving this place two stars for its service. This was the third visit for my wife and I. We understand why the service is slow, each item is made to order. Our complaint is for the management and the kids working behind the counter! It looked like a daycare that lost its caretakers! We were waiting for our smoothies while we watched and experienced the chaos! Today is April 30th and we were in there at 8:30. Employees spent half of their time talking and playing with friends (customers) instead of working. Employees were passing snowballs to their friends while the friends preceded to throw the snow at the employees, my wife and I were caught in the middle and were hit with ice. I understand it's just water but I wasn't there for that! One of the employees that was hit in the head decided to clean his hair out by the sink where the ice being crushed was at. As I watched him take the snow out of his hair I noticed he was still wearing his gloves and continued to work making snow cones never once changing the gloves that he ran through his hair! The kids working there are very childish and unsanitary! Management was nowhere to be seen, unless it was the older thin blonde woman. If so then she's not meant to be the manager. She was too concerned with being the cool boss that let's the kids play. As we left we encountered a problem with one of the friends of the employee. I know this establishment has no control of customers but he was there causing a distraction to his friend. As we went to leave he was bouncing around not paying mind to anyone or anything and bumped into my wife pretty hard. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered at a place of business, especially one that serves treats to guests. I'm very avid on social networks and I plan on spreading the word of how employees act in this establishment. I really hope whoever owns and runs this place get it's employees act together. After all the hype, I finally tried out Bahama Bucks. I've heard so many great things about it (not this specific location but in general). I've had friends tell me how good it is, the last straw was when I read about it on Reddit. I went on a Friday night at 8 PM (1 hour before close). As soon as I opened the door I was greeted! The line was short, I didn't wait 10 or 30 minutes for my snow cone, there were a few people in front of me. The wait time was fair. Right to it, I wish the snow cone/shaved ice has more syrup. We ordered 3 flavors and couldn't tell which was which. The only reason they got 4 stars and not 3 was because we got an Add-on, which they added vanilla ice cream at the bottom of the cup. That made a difference since we couldn't really taste the syrup. Advise to management add more syrup. Restroom- the floors were all sticky. Speed- Decent not as long as expected per other reviewers. Quality- Needs more syrup. read more

I would give no stars if that was an option! They only thing decent is the ice but I doubt you'd want to wait forever for ice. Its also expensive for no reason. Although nothing in the area compares to a snoball (google it), the best place for a snowcone is the stand near Walmart. Please don't waste your time or your money here. read more

Awful service. Had to wait an hour just for one baby sized snowcone. And a customer behind us had a to wait 40 minutes just for a fruit cup. It shouldn't take that long to put fruit in a cup or shave some ice. That is just ridiculous. read more

The wait is absolutely ridiculous. We waited over 40 minutes for two snow cones made Bahama Mama Style. I got the Cheesecake and it melted all down the side to the point where I couldn't get in my vehicle. It must have been sitting there for 10-20 minutes while they made my wife's Pina Colada cone. The flavor was good but the service was extremely poor. It looked like this was an 8th grade project. The concept is great but they'll continue to lose business with the lack of service. The snow balls are great. The service is horrible I ordered 4 sno balls finally received 1 after 25 minutes still waiting on the other 3 finally got the other 3 after 33 minutes and complaining. The quality of the snocone flavors were terrible. I was highly disappointed with the cherry/grape with cream snocone I ordered. It was so terrible that I threw it away after a few bites, and I was really craving a snocone!! It was also a waste of 4$. The snocones at Tropical SnoBalls on 1960 by Walmart are 10 times better than this place!!! The only reason this place is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because I did like the consistency of the ice. Also, I went here on 9-11 and they put an American Flag instead of an Umbrella in my snocone,I loved the fact that they did that. But I will certainly not be going back. read more

Went her yesterday after a long day at the water park and dinner. All of us had snow cones with different flavors. I had a small tiger's blood and it was good. I like the texture of the ice and it makes it very easy to eat. It was not very busy and it did not take long for our orders to be made. They definitely have the best snocones in town, but the hour long wait really isn't worth it. It doesn't matter if you go through the drive through, or go inside. They both take a long time. It seems that they could have a more efficient process to keep customers moving through the line. It's unfortunate because while their snocones are super yummy, I don't have an hour every time I want snocones. Frozen lemonades take the longest. This place is PACKED almost all the time so there is usually a decent wait, but there are a lot of flavors and combinations of snow cones. There are also fruit, ice cream and milk shakes options. It's slightly more expensive than your smaller snow cone shacks but still very good. read more

Painfully slow drive thru service. The girls at the window need better customer service. I've been going on and off for the past 6 months just because it's the only shaved ice place I've found in the area and it's the same consistent bad service. Great flavors and sizes. However; every time myself and my family visit we order extra juice on all our sno cones. Confirm it with the person taking our order and everything. When we receive our sno cones, the center is just ice, no juice what so ever. So we'll ask them to please add our extra juice, and whoever adds the juice seems to be upset at us for wanting what we pay for, and overload our cones with juice to the point where it's basically impossible to eat with a spoon. read more

I asked for a piña colada with pineapple and cream. It was so dry I couldn't enjoy it. The center had NO SYRUP and I waited almost 15 minutes for this. Went Saturday night, drive through was to the street. Some cars got their order within seconds of getting to the window others take quite awhile. Think their menu is too big or too complicated? Snow cones are fine, it's ice and syrups just wish they moved faster. I've been probably 6 times total and never go inside bc it looks like a mess in there from the outside. read more
