Never going here again. Noticed the sign to get a raffle ticket when purchasing a SHAVED ICE ADD ON. I got the sour patch sauce add on which was included in the list of qualifying add ons for the raffle. I paid, got my shaved ice but no raffle ticket. I asked if I could have one since I purchased the add on. I get told that no, I can't because I didn't buy ice cream. I pointed to the sign and said "that's not what the sign says. It says shaved ice add on. Not ice cream" "yeah that's what our manager said" so I paid more money to NOT get the incentive I was owed. read more

What to Say?? The drinks/sno-cones are awesome. We are lucky to have a Bahama Buck's in the area. That being said, the wait time is substantial. There are a lot of kids working there, but you have to hire from the available pool so I can't knock them for that. If only the same people who ran Chic Fila ran Bahama Bucks, things would be perfect. Regardless of the slow service, we will still be regulars during the summer. read more

Went to this location today and I was highly disappointed. Wasted more than half an hour of my day waiting for a drink. Found out that they forgot about my order. Once I reminded them the drink came out very fast and was obviously poorly made. Tasted watered down and disgusting. The drink was brought out to my table and the employee didn't apologize for the wait then put a spoon down on the table like I would want to use it after it's been set down on a nasty surface. read more

First of all, I'd like to say that I'm not one of those people who complains about wait time. If I see that employees are doing their best to get food/drinks out then I can respect that. I see all these one star whiners complaining about service rather than grading the product. That being said, I absolutely loved the snow cones and ice cream at this place. Had the strawberry with vanilla ice cream at the bottom and it was super refreshing. Was even graced with who appeared to be the franchise owners and I can tell you that they handled everyone with such professionalism and even gave out discounts and coupons just for waiting, even though they don't have to. Some family friends heard me say I would love to get a snowball yesterday, and they suggested we come here. I was told to expect a bit of a wait (max 30 minutes), but I thought what the heck? I was excited to try a new place, so we hopped into the car and headed over. I could tell from the parking lot and the drive-through line that it was going to be very busy inside. But busy was an understatement. I waited over an hour to get my snowball! If I hadn't been there with other people, including some kids, I would have left. I honestly couldn't tell you exactly how long we waited, but from the time I paid (it was on my receipt) until the time I got my snowball, it was over an hour. This doesn't even include the time we waited to order our snowball. I love shaved ice but come on! Now the treat itself was really good, at first. The ice cream flavored syrup wasn't too sweet nor was it a deep yellow color (hooray no yellow tongue or teeth). The cream on top was pretty plentiful and tasty. But, alas, about halfway down into my cup was nothing but plain ice. Let me make this clear. I waited over an hour for a snowball so short of syrup that it didn't even saturate more than half of the ice. How incredibly disappointing. If I thought it wouldn't have taken at least a half hour to get more syrup added to my cup, I would have brought it back to the counter. However, the massive crowd and amount of time I'd already spent there convinced me to just leave it be. On a positive note, the kid who took my order was nice. There were a bunch of young kids working there, and I'm guessing it's probably their first job. Overall, they could step it up a notch with friendliness, but I also know they were all probably feeling pretty overwhelmed with the crowd there yesterday, so I cut them some slack there. Also on a positive note, there is ample seating available and games to play while you wait. Not a bad spot overall, but the shaved ice was not worth the wait. Train your employees on proper syrup to ice ratio and somehow you've got to decrease waiting time. Over an hour for a mediocre snowball? Never again. I hate chains and I hate giving a high rating to a soul wrenching local business culture killing chain but they really do make some fantastic shaved ice treats here. The menu is just way too complicated and busy with so many choices. I was just focused on getting a snowball type treat and so I just got their white coconut flavored ice. I'm ashamed to say that I think the ice is perhaps even more fine than my beloved New Orleans institution of snowballs, Hansen's. They don't even bother giving you a straw as they have so ethereally composed their concoction that you get no liquid on the bottom to drink and its just pure icy flavor bliss that you only need a spoon for. This is the most poorly run business. Each car sits at the payment window for over 10 minutes. It's ice and flavoring. Why does ot take so long for them to make a sno-ball, especially when they have a full staff inside? You can see the staff are more focused on playing around than serving the customers. The drive-thru line was about 6 cars deep when I pulled up, and by the time I decided to just go in, 2 cars zoomed in and blocked me from behind. Took the kiddos here after a long Saturday at the pool. The line was incredibly long but I'm hoping some of that was just because they are fairly new and haven't worked out all the kinks yet? The flavors were very good. It was a bit more syrup than I really care for but probably would have been the right amount for most people. Overall a great atmosphere. This place isn't too far from my house. I'm not giving it 4 stars because it seriously did take FOREVER to get two snow cones but then again, it was kinda busy and I get it. But the snow cones here are one of the best ones. The ice is shaved so fine that it melts instantly. My boyfriend go the root beer float Rama thing with ice cream and I got the Pina colada Rama. They use blue bell so at least I completely enjoyed the treats after lunch but that wait was so terrible. They should staff more people or simply have more then just one register. At least the workers are friendly. I'd still come but I wouldn't go out of my way for them when I could go to china town for cheaper/better shaved ice treats that I personally enjoy way more. Come here about once maybe twice a year. I can't eat a lot of a sno come but my son always wants to go when he thinks about it (which I guess isn't much). I looked ahead on the website and saw they had coffee choices similar to what I thought was a Frappuccino. So the car line was ridiculous so we opted to go in. It was busy but not crazy. There was no welcome or greeting. Stood at the register waiting to order was met by the most unenthusiastic young male I've ever encountered. I think the only thing that came out my mouth was "what's your name?" Waited for about 5 min and my island mocha was brought out. Definitely no coffee. It was a chocolate smoothie. Then one of the sno cones came out after another 10 minutes. Then the last one after another 10 minutes. Sno cones had great flavor. Very good! Played some jenga while we waited. I got a regular sized black cherry with cream and my husband got a small cherry. At first we were happy with our order and then once we got about half through our snow cones, the flavor started disappearing. Once we got to the bottom, we each had about 1-2 inches of ice that the flavor hadn't even gotten to.
