I have to admit, I thought it was pretty darn good... that was until I payed a visit to the local shaved ice vendor in Porter: the Southern Belle's Snow Shack. I came for a traditional Piña Colada snowball, no frills. Then I found out that they're one of the few places that offer them "loaded" (which comes with ice cream in the middle and a condensed milk topping). I was kinda skeptical of the combination of the two in Hawaii so I never tried it with the topping, but the attractive stand operator in her southern style floral apron convinced me otherwise. It was the best d*mn snowball I've ever had... I honestly don't know how they do it. More fascinating, that they're located in the heart of small town Porter, TX.
