I decided to edit my previous review because I posted out of sheer anger since we waited so long for a not up to par sno. Owner contacted me right away, offered free product, which is not what I was looking for nor did I accept, but it did make me feel happier that management really cares. I get it, long wait because new staff and Warner weather. read more

Lots of things to choose from and it's all delicious! Dangerous that they put one near our house, though! Pretty busy right now, cuz they just opened, but there's lots of outdoor seating, which is nice on these beautiful AZ evenings. Seems to be a big hangout for the high school crowd. read more

Even with a mostly teenage staff Bahama Bucks cranks out some great drinks! They seem to have fun and mess around a lot but work quickly and are friendly to customers. We come here a lot and only once have we had an issue with our drinks. I contacted the manager and he offered to send drink coupons. read more

We love Bahama Bucks!! We moved out to Chandler about 6 months ago and Bahama Buck's was one of the first places we tried. The first day we tried it, we went back 3 more times that week. They have so many different flavors and I can't say enough about their staff. They're always in a good mood (but not crazy like Dutch Bros folks), and always make sure our pup gets his own treat too. We love you Bahama Buck's! read more

This was the first time we had been to Bahama Bucks...we heard about it from a friend and decided we needed to try. Definitely not disappointed!! Ordered the Cherry Bahama Rama Mama...it was delicious! The "baby" size was more than enough. Will definitely be going here again! read more

I've been here three times, first time I tried a regular sno with half strawberry and half raspberry.. So delicious, but felt guilty about the sugar so I was happy to see a sugar free & zero calorie option! And I have tried that twice now, it's pretty tasty for zero calories, but that first-sugar filled one was really quite amazing when you do a direct comparison so I may definitely indulge again in the future... All in all, this is a great treat for a hot day, the drive through wasn't bad at all when I went today, but i did have about a 15 min wait or so the time my boyfriend and I went inside to order. My boyfriend has tried a strawberry lemonade drink which was fantastic and one of their smoothies which was good as well! They miss one star for me because of the second time I went; there was too much syrup on my sno, it was practically swimming and I had to keep pouring excess off, it's possible that since I asked for half and half flavors maybe they spaced on the second flavor and got a little crazy trying to make up for it? Who knows, but that was the only disappointment and really wasn't that big of a deal in the end. read more

I love this shaved ice especially making it into a Bahama Mama Rama (ice cream inside). Its delicious. I get strawberry and peach. read more

Shaved ice is a guilty pleasure, but it's pretty good and this location is newly remodeled and really nice. Great ice and great service. Will return. read more

What is the employee dress code for this business? First time going and it's a bunch of high school girls in tiny booty shorts with one girl's butt LITERALLY hanging out. Not something I would like to see when visiting this place, especially with my child. Smoothie however, was very tasty. read more

They don't saturate them like they used to...I even tried ordering darker colors to see if that made a difference read more

This place is awesome! I came to this restaurant like 5 times while Visiting my family. The coconut cream pie flavor was the BEST! So good! I had blue coconut and it was good for the first couple bites, but after that the blue coloring was not making me feel that well. My cousin always gets wedding cake which is also very good. Bring a Bahama bucks to Georgia! read more

So so experience. 6 of us went. Two of the drinks we had to send back for more syrup. Either the employees aren't trained properly or the owners are going cheap on the syrup and heavy on the ice. Wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. Not very busy on a Saturday afternoon and almost every unoccupied table was dirty. We had to ask twice for someone to come clean our table. The part that really turned me off was the 8 year old boy behind the counter helping himself to soda. I guess he is the owner or manager's son? Either way seeing the 8 year old kid behind the counter making a mess at the soda machine turned me off to this location. If they let him behind the counter where customers can see him making a mess i wonder what happens where the customers can't see in the back? I thought there was some health code rules on little kids being in places they serve food? read more

So good! Just went through the drive-thru because we had our puppy. She got so much love from inside. Everyone loved her and she loves the attention. Everyone who was their about an hour ago so nice! As you can see even our puppy got some of ours. read more

So, as we pull up to order, I see employees come out the back door with a tiny dog. The dog was cute, but hoping employees washed their hands. Was asked to wait for ordering. Ordered two regular shaved ices with a BOGO free. The young lady at the window lacked basic customer service skills, barely saying anything to me until we were pulling away, when she complimented me on my tattoos, and after we sat waiting for 7-8 minutes for our order. The wait for hot coffee at Starbucks is shorter than this wait was for ice and some syrup. The ices tasted great. read more

The girl at Bahama Bucks was Great!!! My boyfriend and I came here for smoothies and I got a mango strawberry peach and he wanted the New pumpkin one. She recommended that he gets it the way she makes it vs the way it is usually prepared! Long story short the smoothies were both AMAZING!! And they use real fruits as ingredients which is even better! read more

There are always 20 plus cars in line and same waiting inside to order. Every time I've been here there is only one person working. Customer service is seriously lacking. With all this business in the hot summer months, you'd think they could afford to add a few extra staff members to each shift. Whoever is managing this branch needs to take a closer look at their business plan. It's very disappointing! I feel bad for the one staff member working their tail off to try to accommodate all these customers! read more

I brought my daughter into the store Monday night around 8pm for her birthday, and was immediately greeted by an employee. She met us at the register and quickly sparked up conversation with a smile asking about our day. After finding out it was my daughters birthday she offered us a BOGO coupon, asked my daughter if she would like to pick her umbrella color, and asked all about her day. The attention she payed to my daughter made her night and the cherry on top was being handed her shaved ice only to see "Happy Birthday!!" written on the cup! Truly incredible service from such a young woman! I believe her name was Sierra. Needless to say, we will be returning soon! read more

I hate to say it, but this is better shave ice than in Hawaii. So good! Staff was super nice, helpful, friendly. As someone who is trying to stay away from ice cream, this place is a total find! Yum! (Tho they do have ice cream as well, and it was delicious, but I found I didn't need the ice cream. The shave ice is perfectly decadent on its own). read more

Frozen flavored ice Yum! I thought I'd be getting a flavor ice treat. Over half of my ice was empty no flavor in it and this went on all the way to the bottom. What a disappointment! On top of that their speaker system is really sad. You can barely hear them and what's worse I don't think they care. read more

Sitting in the drive through for approximately 10-15 minutes for 2 shaved Ice?? There are at LEAST 6 teens inside twiddling their thumbs ! Unacceptable. read more

I went just once and it's horrible. I really don't know how people could like it. If you want something like that but very good come in Italy, go in the beach and wait until you don't hear "grattachecca" I am not saying that is a bad place but I won't go anymore bc I didn't like it at all :) Spend your money in something better! read more

My husband used to love Bahama Bucks. We would come 2 - 3 times a week. He always gets the avalanche size Bahama Rama Mama. Half black Cherry & Orange. For the last several times we have been there he has complained that it is flavorless and had no syrup on it. It was mostly ice. He has been complaining that the orange doesn't taste good. Tonight we found out that the orange has been discontinued and replaced with Fanta orange. Why soda? How do you stop making a basic flavor? Now we figured out why it didn't taste good, plus there was absolutely no syrup in it. The avalanche size is almost $10 bucks..... $10 bucks! - that for syrup, ice cream and ice! How can you charge so much and serve a terrible product and not have basic orange syrup and only put in 2 teaspoons of syrups? To the owner, if you keep this up, you will not have any business soon. I know we won't be back to your location. read more

Just got back from this location - very disappointed in what I witnessed. Watched a kid named Dylan put a bottle of sauce on his finger and then put the stuff back in the freezer behind the front counter. Also watched a kid named Ily dumping grape flavoring on someone's snow cone. As she was trying to clean the cup, she dumped water into the cup. Then she just added more ice to it and more flavoring. I am no expert, but shouldn't these kids be using gloves while handling the ice? For my order, I barely consider it cold. I sent this info to the corporate contact us button on their website. I will not be returning to this location. It was bad as KFC, guess it will continue to be bad for bucks. read more

The wait was horrible!!! I live right around the corner so I went to this new location. So disappointed! Went through the drive through cuz that's usually pretty quick...WRONG! There was 2 cars in front of me and it took a total of 35 minutes! I could've gone to the Mesa location and gotten back within that amount of time. So sad because I love this place but gosh, the wait sucked! read more

Everyone is our family adored this place! Thank you for providing such excellent food and wonderful treats!

I love this place. Been there many time and loved every time. But this last time my friend found a hair in her sno. We understood that happens somtimes, so we left. I kept eating mine and later found 8 hairs in mine. Short black hairs. This is disgusting and I'm skeptical about going back again now read more

As much as I love Bahama Buck's and this location specifically, I cannot patronize this location in the future... at least not until there is some sort of cultural sensitivity training. Not one, but two different employees acknowledged me with their eyes, but failed to ask if I needed anything, even after standing around and saying excuse me for five minutes. In contrast, a white gentleman walked up behind me and was IMMEDIATELY served. To make matters worse, Nanea, specifically, was very unpleasant the second time I asked for help; she looked up at me with the coldest stare as if I was bothering her. She could've been having a bad day, but she managed to muster enough energy to smile at other fairer-skinned patrons. I am disappointed, as this is my husband's favorite location, but life goes on; as such, we will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

I was gonna do this review on a amazon review style but didn't want to start a trend. But the smoothies here are the equivalent to drinking a unicorn sunshine rainbows and a Brittany spears album. The staffs friendly and I love the positive vibe. It's like a welcoming rave without the lights. #smoothiekingaintgotnothin read more

I fell in love with this place at the Mesa location but I haven't been impressed with this one. First of all, they have all 16 year old kids working there. Now, they're nice enough, but frankly they're slow and all they do is socialize. After the 15 minutes it takes them to put some ice and syrup in a cup, I often realize that it's not even the correct order. Still decently priced and good tasting ( except the passion fruit syrup-- that's nasty) but lots to be desired service wise. Where's the management? read more

Best shaved ice around! I love their smoothies also and like that they have a stamp card which allows you to earn a free drink/item. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because the last time I went the ice had a weird after taste like if they had used unfiltered water out of a garden hose. I've only experienced it once but it did ruin my shaved ice that day. It was probably a one off but enough to bring down my review. read more
