Bahama Breeze is the absolute staple for Duluth GA, that brings not only great food, a Caribbean feel and great vibes but regulars that keep coming back and have become family since I've moved here! Mr Curtis and Amanda are by far my favorite managers with their rays of sunshine , work excellence and great conversation every time I come, greeting their guests and treating them like a VIP every single time. I would recommend this place to anyone. Next time you go get the jerk chicken pasta, extra parm with a martini and for an extra perk Friday and Sats evenings their live band is present!!! read more

Forever fave! With so many of our favorite chain spots closing, glad they are still thriving.

If I couldn't give a star I would. We got there at 3, mind you, didn't get our food until: 4:40!! Do not eat here unless you want to waste your time. Severely understaffed server would go and talk to other tables in the middle of taking our order ⁉ Do not eat outside it is too hot, we moved inside but no excuse for how long it even took to bring us some sad water like damn. Food was mid too... read more

This was my first time here and I definitely enjoyed it. Our server Porcha was amazing! We were seated immediately as we arrived about 10 minutes after they opened. We started with the whole jerk wings and they were so good! Great flavor and fresh! I had to keep my toddler from eating most of them. For my entree, I had the jerk shrimp pasta and it was great. I also ordered a side of plantains which were equally as great! My friend had the jerk pineapple bowl and I was impressed by the presentation but she said it was tasteful. I enjoyed my meal and the great service we received . read more

Had lunch here today. My first visit. The restaurant is very "Bahama themed" With indoor and outdoor seating. Clean, bright and comfortable. Service was fast and friendly with our server making suggestions. Their Drink menu is very tropical and prices are normal. We had a Painkiller and Bahama Mama. Our entrees were coconut shrimp with red rice and steamed broccoli. It was very tasty. I had jerk chicken wings and a side salad. Sadly The wings were plentiful but very hard and dry. The side salad with house vinaigrette was delicious. I will go back. Maybe try the chicken pasta or salmon next time. read more

It's been a while since I last visited this place, they still have great food but its definitely time for some upgrades. I was looking forward to sitting on the patio and enjoying my bahamarita and Salmon there, but we had to get in where we could fit in, due to the large crowds and wait time, so we were seated in the dining area. There were so many amazing options, but i settled in on the salmon with garlic mash and broccoli. Everything was really good with the exception of being over charged for my side salad, I didn't realize it until we made it home. I still had a great time and will be returning Soon. read more

Waitresses were friendly, atmosphere is cute but the food is bland. If you are looking for flavor, this is not the place.

Excellent! We have been coming to and recommending Bahama Breeze for about 30 years. We always love it. We came last night and are back again tonight, celebrating my birthday. My salmon, asparagus, and fries were delicious last night. Tonight, my ribs and fries were hot and tasty as usual. Both nights the Butter cake and ice cream took the cake. My ultimate virgin pina colada was great both nights. 10 out of 10 and highly recommend. The service was tops!!! Ambiance was perfect. Can't wait for my next visit to Georgia. It was great finding one in Jacksonville, Florida. Just need on in upstate SC. read more

The drinks are better than the food, but the service is okay. The ambience is always the eye catcher. It's always a vibe here.

Hey there, I have missed you!!! I use to eat at Bahama Breeze maybe every other Friday when there was a location on Hwy 280, Birmingham, AL. I was very happy to find out we were eating here for dinner. I didn't see what I would normally order on the menu, so I went with the Coconut Shrimp with citrus mustard sauce as an appetizer. Pretty good with a nice portion size to satisfy. We had a fairly large party and our server was awesome! I only saw one meal sent back for something else, overall nice experience. read more

I was not impressed. I had the beef empanadas and my wife had the jerk chicken pasta. It lacked flavor. The alcoholic beverages were weak. It was not a place I would recommend going back too. Thanks but no thanks read more

The food was good but the menu is limited. The service was subpar , there was not many people in the restaurant and still waited while our server laughed and sat with another patron the ambiance is average. If you're looking for an alcoholic beverage go here but if you're super hungry don't expect a variety of choices. Grade : C - read more

Bahama Breeze - It's lunchtime!!! Cheeseburger and fries!! - Caribbean Near Me - Duluth, Georgia

This is one of my mother's favorite places in the Atlanta area and this is where she wanted to come for a low key birthday dinner. She loves the Cactus Margarita and I got the King Carnival which includes Hennessy and Grand Mariner with other delectable fruit juices. My mother got the Breeze Salad with Grilled Salmon and the Yuca Cheese Sticks. The cheese sticks aren't my favorite considering I'm more of a mozzarella cheese sticks kind of gal yet my mom loves them! We also had the fries, and I got the wings which were sweet with a slight kick of heat. Our waitress was amazing on all levels and she treated my mother to a "birthday gift" since it was her 60th! We were both more than pleased. Friday nights usually have live singing/bands however due to Mother Nature putting everyone's outside plans on punishment, there wasn't any so we settled for watching the Braves versus the Astros. This spot stays packed and I see why! Great food, great atmosphere, great everything. Definitely recommend coming for a good, laid back dinner with drinks. read more

Always love this place! Fun atmosphere and great drinks! Shrimp tacos were delish and we always a good service.

The food was amazing. The service was absolutely perfect. The drinks were stunning. The bartender and staff were welcoming and made our experience like no other place. I was very satisfied with everything overall we had a three person party a server make sure we're all taken care of and she did it all with a smile. We had two piña coladas on a Mojito probably the best drinks we've ever had in our lives. We had three orders of chicken wings, one order of empanadas and a seafood paella.shrimp tacos coconut shrimp meal. And everything was done to perfection. I'd like to thank the whole staff for making the experience excellent. It was the anniversary of my father's passing, and we were celebrating him. This place made a celebration possible. read more

Bahama breeze... I've always found this place to be sub par ok But also have had good times hanging out with friends and family here I used to come for the banana bread and ice cream The outside area is cool ( fire pit) Inside is ok Service is just service... Wasn't really that hungry when I came to eat on this particular day. The wings stuck out to me Why? Because the guy sitting not too far from me Ordered them. The wings were everything advertised And looked like the pic It would be hard to order these and get disappointed Crispy, roasted texture. Hints of light seasoning and very light spice Detected in each bite... I should warn , the wings are dry to the touch These aren't the greasy, guilty type of deal The wings come with some sort of semi sweet jerk flavored sauce to pour over They would work out much better if left to soak For 15-20 minutes in the sauce And put on a grill I know they say jerk chicken wings But this isn't jerk chicken wings ( real Jamaican jerk flavor) Nor traditional methods of making jerk chicken This is a remix, A remix with a good tune The empanadas were great No complaints here The pear/fruity glaze dip is great I strongly suggest giving these a try read more

Social distancing, and face masks are a must when you're entering the restaurant. This is our first time at this location, but not at the restaurant. We are from Miami, Florida and travel a lot, so we've been to the Miami, Fl , Pembroke Pines, Fl locations, and also the Orland, Fl location. We were escorted to our table by the greeter and our waiter Juan G came and assisted us. He was training a waitress, so this was really interesting. :-) They greeted us, took our beverage and appetizer orders and we waited patiently for everything. We were given our appetizer and drinks. We didn't want to order any lunch or dinner entrees, so we just ate appetizers. I had the seafood chowder in a cup, and fire cracker shrimp. It was delicious, but I barely ate the shrimp. I was too full off is the cup of seafood chowder. I also ordered a virgin Pina Colada, and a strawberry lemonade. My husband had a salad, conch fritters, jerk wings, and 2 yuengling beers. Everything was delicious, but we had lots of food left. My only complaint was, where is the conch in the conch balls? They were so tiny, you could barely see or taste them. I definitely won't order them again here. We didn't eat all of the food, so we took the rest home. If we're in the neighborhood, and hungry, we may stop here. read more

I have eaten at a few of these now and have never regretted the food at all. My sister, son and I decided to go. We started with some drinks including the layered margarita and a drink my sister had. They were delicious. We both picked the salad with lots of fruit and chicken and it was sooooo delicious. Fresh, dressing was on point and we loved it. The side of tortilla was stale but we didn't bother with it. We also both got the black bean soup which was very good. My son enjoyed his kids meal. Overall the service was decent. I've been going to Bahama Breeze for years and years, I'm so glad they are still open for business. We went this last Saturday because the weather was perfect to hang out on their great open air patio. It is such a great place for drinks and delicious food during great weather. My 5 sisters and I ate at Bahama Breeze on Duluth last night. It was the first time I had eaten at one. My coconut shrimp were very good. I'd never tried them anyplace before. Let's just skip to the real reason I think my experience was what it was...Alexis! She really was amazing! First of all she took our order without pencil and paper, then recited it back to us in every detail! Remember there were 5 of us! During the discussion of what we wanted, some of us had changed our order, ordered substitutions on sides and asking all kind of questions. When we got our food it was exactly what each of us had ordered! When you go there, you're gonna want to ask for Alexis. read more

Came here for Father's Day dinner after making a reservation. FOOD: Beef empanadas - I highly recommend getting this. The filling was beef and potatoes but in a liquid texture. The pastry is flaky and the filling was savory with a hint of curry flavor. Coconut shrimp - Another great appetizer. A little bit oily but the sweetness from the coconut and saltiness from the shrimp balanced each other out. Lobster & Shrimp linguine - This was just a pretty average pasta dish. The portions of lobster and shrimp were plentiful but the sauce was very bland. Needed to add hot sauce to bring out more of the taste. Churrasco - The cook on the steak was perfect and the chimichurri was not overpowering. The sides were all done well, especially the plantains! Seafood Paella - Do not expect a traditional paella with this dish. Saying that, it still tasted very good. The rice was cooked in a seafood broth so the rice was flavorful. It included shrimp, mini scallops, mussels, and andouille sausages. SERVICE: Jaylen was our server and he was absolutely the best. Despite being a busy night, he was super attentive and friendly. read more

$12.99 for a glass of wine Service was just ok, nobody was going above or beyond to make us feel happy to be there on the patio. Food isn't fabulous like it used to be- we got empanadas, shrimp skillet & spinach dip. MY bill was $60++ tip- just for me. I bought 1 appetizer at 1/2 off & the rest wine... GULP!! This Duluth location has PLENTY of parking, decent live music on the patio (can't reserve this space), but the building needs to be refreshed at little. Looks the same from 12 yrs ago... not bad, just needs to be updated a little. Go, you will be ok. Just not the wow factor I am used to from this restaurant. This use to be one of my favorite places, we moved further away so I don't get to go often. Picked this one for Valentine Saturday what a disappointment . First they don't do call ahead seating 2 party of 2 that came in after me was seated, some was using the check in system texting and some they just yelled out, the names, I brought it to the host attention neither one cared. 2nd the seater took us to a DIRTY table she tried to quickly move the trash said nothing like I am sorry let me clean the table, until I brought it to her attention. Then she cleaned the table. The Service was very subpar they mostly want you to do it on the machine at the table which had the BEST personality of the night. They might be on to something with that. Four star price with two star subpar Service , we can scratch them off the list! read more

Came here because of their half priced appetizers during happy hour from 4-6PM. No drinks on special. Got the crab seafood dip, which was just ok to me. The firecracker shrimp were delicious. This is one of the last stops while visiting Georgia. I came here with my sister and friends to celebrate my birthday before heading back the Los Angeles. Ms. Ruby was our server and she was awesome. She explained all of the specials and new items added to the menu. I had the tasty Salmon salad. This salad was tossed with a perfect blend of corn, beans, lettuce and tomato with a large steak salmon on top. The salad dressing was drizzle over the salad. Not overwhelming.
