Got this for dinner on wednesday night. We ordered pho, grilled bbq pork chops, taro bubble tea, and spring rolls. Spring rolls were great wish it actually has more than 4 pcs in one order. The boba on the bubble tea is not the usual brown sugar chewy tapioca pearls its softer no chew at all.

Brought my parents here who haven't tried vietnamese food before and it was a good first experience for them. Restaurant is pretty big and wasn't too busy on a weekend night which was nice. Food came pretty fast and was decent but not my favorite pho ever. Pretty heavy on the black pepper but my parents really like that

This was place so good! so many vegetarian options - we were a huge fan of the pho and especially the bahn mi. Food was given really fast - maybe we waited around 5-10 mins.

Had a delicious meal A1 Spring rolls, S1 traditional sandwich, N9 beef rib pho with rare beef. Spacious, clean restaurant with enjoyable Vietnamese music. Self serve water. Easy parking in the strip mall (look for ShopRite sign).

An amazing spot for the best Bahn mi sandwiches! I also go with the S2 and lemongrass beef or pork sandwiches. Never skip the shrimp/pork summer rolls to start!

This might just be my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant. We were in the area and were caving Vietnamese food so I did what I do best - check Yelp! After my visit I now see why they are so highly rated. It is located in an unassuming plaza and is a casual dining experience. I think anyone would feel comfortable going there and enjoy it. They even have some signs with information about the famous pho noodle soup on the wall to educate newcomers to the cuisine. We dined there last Sunday about an hour before they closed. Not once did we feel rushed. You order and pay at the back of the store and take a seat at any open table. They assign you a number and the food gets delivered to your table. The owner even came by and chatted up with us to make sure we were enjoying everything. Such a sweet woman! They have recently celebrated 5 years of being open. What we ordered: - Vietnamese Iced Coffee - Passion fruit Green Tea with popping pearls - Pho Dac Biet - Banh Mi Dac Biet I asked for the herbs and veggies in the side and they understood exactly what I wanted and accommodated! Truly appreciated that they took the time to note the preference and follow through. I've been disappointed many times at other Vietnamese restaurants with this. We will surely be back! Wish we lived closer to the location because we would totally be there more often. The food and service is great!

Really more of a 3.5 star rating, but rounding up since having more Vietnamese restaurants is better than having fewer in an area. While in town on business, some folks from the local office suggested hitting one of their favorite Vietnamese spots, Baguette Bistro. Now, having enjoyed this cuisine in the DC area, Houston, TX, and Westminster, CA, I am definitely a bit of a snob when it comes to Viet food. For the tiny town of Cranbury, NJ, Baguette Bistro is actually pretty good...if you stick with noodle dishes. The decor of this place gives off a fast food vibe with basic tables, chairs, and faux leather booths, coupled with composite wood flooring. But the interior is otherwise brightly lit and clean, which I always appreciate. Walk in, and head towards the front where you select your dish, and are handed a number, so that the dish can be brought to your table when ready. I ordered the N4, which is the Large Meat Combo Pho. This is the standard by which I judge all pho joints, and I gotta tell you, the all important broth was really tasty. It had a nice beefy flavor, not too sweet, with excellent herb notes of star anise, cardamom, and excellent umami profile. It was a decent amount of the mixed cuts of meats, and the rice noodles were too gloppy - so all in all, I was happy with my dish. My co-worker ordered the lemon grass chicken, and this was a bit of a miss. I tried some of her dish, and I could tell even before my first bite, that the chicken was a bit dry. The namesake lemongrass flavor, was so "subtle," which is to say it was barely discernible. Good thing there was a variety of sauces on the table to mix with the nuoc mam sauce, which added some needed hydration to the chicken and the rice. The prices here are definitely on the higher side, which is to be expected since this is Central Jersey and not Newark or one of the larger cities where ethnic cuisine is commonplace. My bowl of pho was $17.50, which is more than I'd pay back in DC...but not "that" much more. I was going to grab a banh mi and eat back at the hotel, but just on principle alone, I'm not paying $11 for one. Then again, this is middle of nowheresville NJ, so expect dishes to be priced accordingly.

Vermicelli special with shrimp and pork

A cute little place in a large East Windsor shopping center. You order at the counter pay and are told you can leave your top now or on the table. I thought that was strange.. all I did was order. Yes someone brings the food, but we could easily have gone to the counter to get our food. No one checked on us or any of the standard wait staff activities. This must be my Vietnamese for week. On Saturday, I ate at Lua in Edison. I actually ordered similar dishes. Lua was much better at vermicelli with pork and shrimp and included the usual egg roll. At Baguette, it was today's special no egg roll. The pork was fried like crisp bacon . It was unusual. The fish was good but not special. Next time, we will try the Banh Mi!

Extra large combo. Delicious broth and excellent portions of protein and noodles

Great pho! (Didn't try the sandwiches which I hear are good here). Bubble tea bases are great and fresh but just wish they had regular sized boba instead of mini boba. The pho broth is very very very good on its own! No need for the hoisin sauce / Sriracha but still good to have! Definitely will crave their pho!! Even in the summer now & when it's cold!

We passed by for lunch here this weekend. They just opened at 12 noon on a Sunday. I ordered their BBQ sandwich, chicken noodle soup for my wife. We also ordered fried egg rolls and fresh spring rolls for appetizer. I've been to a lot of Vietnamese Restaurants across the US, but to my surprise this place serves the best Pho or Chicken noodle soup in the country. You don't need to put hosein or siracha sauces to taste. The soup or broth itself is delicious. The BBQ sandwich with honey mustard mayo is out of this world! The fresh spring rolls with the peanut sauce dip taste great. The fried egg rolls has a lot of stuffing, crunchy and delicious. They used high quality fresh ingredients. Serving staff are friendly and helpful. I spoke to the young talented owner and told her that I'm giving her business a 5 star rating. Before we left, we tried their Vietnamese iced coffee and Macha bubble tea. Both are delicious. My wife never finish a 16 oz bubble tea before, but this time she did. Well lighted and very clean restaurant, although she might need to set up free standing shelves where all their supplies can be neatly arranged. This Vietnamese American restaurant is a hidden gem in East Windsor, NJ. We're gonna be back soon.

Baguette Bistro continues to be my go-to Pho spot. It has never disappointed. And they offer both vegetarian and chicken Pho options for those that don't eat beef; that's much welcomed. The Bahn Mi sandwiches and vermicelli dishes are also good. This area was sorely missing a Vietnamese & Pho establishment.  And, I'm so glad that Baguette Bistro is still around during the Pandemic #supportlocal It's an order at the counter restaurant with a great selection of Vietnamese sandwiches, Pho, Rice and Vermicelli Dishes. You are given a number and the food is brought straight to your table. To satisfy a sweet tooth, they also offer bubble tea, smoothies and dessert. Food: We've ordered Brisket Beef Noodle Soup (N2, Pho Nam),  Vegetarian Noodle Soup (N5, Pho chay), Chicken Noodle soup, Chicken Vermicelli, and Vietnamese sandwiches. All wonderful and the broth in the Pho is delicious.  Adding in basil, bean sprouts, and additional sauces makes it perfect. I would like it if they offered a small size. There's only one size and I always have leftovers to take home (not a bad thing). Price: The prices on the food items have gone up a bit more during Covid (as with most establisments) The portion of the Pho also seems to have gone up. Service: The staff is always friendly and polite. Our food was brought out fairly quickly; we were probably served 5 minutes after placing our order

Does this place have the same owners as the onenin edison near the high school?

I don't know if it's the same owners, but I have seen at least two employees that worked in baguette delight in Edison at this place.

The food here is insanely fresh as was our daily interpretation involving copious use of root vegetables. In a Woodstock mood, I went for a mushroom motif inclusive of a mushroom onion soup and mushroom infused homemade cavatelli. You won't get points for atmosphere as the location is main street central and directly across from an Irish pub that is still serving the same slab of corned beef that they first boiled in 1991. If you're a foodie or even a fraudie, 12 Farms offers infinite pleasures and is richly deserving of a resounding five stars. Speaking of rich bring lots of cash as plastic is not accepted.

The soup sampling consisted of three very tiny cups that were sort of like an espresso size cup. The salad was a very small portion. They said that the portion sizes were not smaller because of the $65 price fix option. If you ordered the salads à la carte they arranged from $19-$22 I believe. Had I did the à la cart and received that portion for that much money I would be disappointed to say the least; my wife and I often share a salad before entrées and generally speaking they are big enough to share but their portion wasn't enough for me alone. Presentation was beautiful and service was great, as well as the ambience, and we have been there several times. We are raying a 3 because of the positives, but I did consider making it a 2. I hope the restaurant takes note and addresses the piints I made. Note that the entrée portions were good.
