There's white rice, brown rice and sushi rice so all different types of rice. All the toppings are unlimited. The premium talkie toppings are seaweed salad, mango avocado, and masago and squid salad. There are two types of tuna usually it's only spicy and regular, but they have an option with marinated tuna with soy sauce and it's really good. Then the dressings range from Ponzo to coconut ginger, sweet soy Sriracha aïoli and Gongchang. Also toppings are sesame, wonton chips, or crispy onion. It's conveniently located in the shopping center next to UPS store so I dropped in after an Amazon return so convenient.
