Their lattes are out of this world. The matcha is milled in house, and the staff and owner are seriously so knowledgeable about the milling and cultivation processes, which is highly appreciated after the shortages and in a way, gentrification of a traditional Japanese practice. Their matcha is perfectly fresh, with a very intense flavor profile that I'd describe as umami, rich, and seaweed like. It tastes amazing! They only use oat milk which in my opinion is the perfect pairing for matcha. Can't recommend enough.
