Just right bagel breakfast sandwich. Everything Bagel with eggs n sausage and honey in Americano drinks, and another bagel sandwich option. All real good here and we like.

Well, I made it back here again! I stopped by here about 2/3's of the 2 hour walk I did this morning. I enjoyed being here. I was able to get great hospitality from Bret and Kiren!!! So today, I had by their suggestions, the peanut butter honey French toast bagel and the oced Cortado latté. All so super duper yummy!!! Love the quiet and feel at home being inside the facility. Has a great vibe here! Close to Nebraska University, is a great location. Be back again soon! Thanks to all the other workers who made me feel at home!

Great little spot with great bagels and coffee. The staff was very friendly. My associate ordered a cinnamon bun and I had a vegan and both were great. The bun was very soft and according to my friend was very tasty! I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone in need of a quick breakfast and great cup of Joe!

They offer a variety of coffee. They serve breakfast and lunch. The place is very clean and neat. I took off a star because the coffee seemed so water down. The food was good.

Everything bagel with I guess lemon curd cream cheese

Great bagels, wish they switched up the selection though. Terrible coffee, espresso shots are extremely burnt and undrinkable.

Your story states that Bagel Bin is "a pioneer of the New York-style bagel in Omaha and the city's inaugural destination for this quintessential treat." Because of that, our expectations were high. Unfortunately, our visit did not reflect what's described. The ordering area was unclear for first-time customers, with no obvious signage showing where to order or where to pick up. The main disappointment was the bagels. I always order a plain bagel as a baseline. Having grown up in Brooklyn, NY in the 60s-70s, I'm very familiar with what a true New York-style bagel should be: * A tight, dense crumb with tiny air pockets -- compact but still soft * A chewy crust, not crunchy -- a gentle tug when you bite * Clear freshness -- when warm, it should smell like flour, steam, and malt What we received was dry and lacking chew, with none of the aroma or freshness expected from a hot-water-boiled, freshly baked New York-style bagel. It tasted more like something that had been sitting than something just made. We were genuinely excited to visit and left disappointed, which is not something we expected given your reputation. If this was simply an off day, I'd appreciate hearing that and understanding what may have happened. If someone from management would like to reach out directly, I'd welcome a conversation and the opportunity to experience the bagels as they're intended to be. Here's their response on Google: We open at 5am for all the freshness and aromas you desire. Thanks for the review. Here's my follow up response: I'm disappointed by this response. My feedback focused on quality, freshness, and expectations set by how the business represents itself -- none of which were addressed here. Thoughtful, critical feedback should be an opportunity for engagement and improvement. Ignoring it sends a message about how customer concerns are valued.

Employees were friendly. The sandwich was delicious, great flavor and cheese selection. Made fresh when ordered, asiago bagel was soft with the perfect browning without being tough. I enjoyed the Cadbury cold foam added a fun option to treat myself on my white mocha. The atmosphere was very relaxed and even though it was busy, perfect for light conversation without bothering others.

My first sandwich here was the classic bagel and lox on a Asiago bagel with dill schmear. It was soo yummy, but I think the smoked salmon was too salty for me. Could've been the batch I had. I've also made a custom breakfast sandwich with the jalapeno bagel, basil aioli, tomato, sausage, egg, American cheese. I would so order it again and again. The coffee is okay, nothing spectacular. I think they could add more flavored coffees, but that's coming from a girl who loves sweet coffee. The food here however, 10 out of 10. Ambiance is chill, welcoming, relaxing. I love coming here and seeing the older folks enjoying each others company while playing board games. It might be my favorite thing ever.

Let me just say I try to take my work life very seriously I thought this was gonna be a nice job…read moregood hours clean place and yes it was most of that there was just one main problem, the owner from the beginning I knew he seemed pretty strict on things and I get it, then a couple days in I just noticed how much he was really yelling at all the other employees and for the littlest things, I felt like I was walking on eggshells working around him hoping I wouldn't be getting yelled at next because no one will be yelling at me at my place of work. I worked for a couple weeks and just knew it wasn't gonna work, I was just under to much pressure there I knew eventually I would be the one getting yelled at, I talked to employees and they've all thought about leaving plenty of times and because of him. He had been saying things about me to the other employees because I moved a table to close to the wall and forgot to wipe off a cart before putting it in the back around the 2nd week I was there . I ended up quiting on my break around the 4th or 5th week I just brought my clothes and hat inside and told my employee I was sorry and I couldn't do it, nothing disrespectful not bad said just that. I come back after two days for my last check to sign a paper I walk in stand next to the counter and don't say a word just wait to be helped and the owner Steve decided he wants to yell out loud "oh it's my favorite person that just up and fuckin left the other day" and then in a different/mimicking voice says "I want my money I want my paycheck". Are you fucking kidding me that is so beyond unprofessional you are 58 and the owner of this business but can't even treat your employees or customers with decency, it's actually crazy how you can act like that I was completely dumb founded, you need to check yourself. And to everyone else working there you do not deserve to be treated like that.
