Very good breakfast sandwich. The place is very clean with a small counter and a few tables. My only knock would be the wait. Admittedly, I hit it at a busy time. Approximately 10:30 AM. on a Saturday. The place was jamming. People waiting, phone orders coming it, etc.. I patiently waited almost 30 minutes for my sandwich. No exaggeration at all. My observation was the method in which they take the orders could be improved. With that said the staff is very pleasant and my sandwich was very good. I will go back for sure. Give it a try.

Update (3 months later):…read more Came back plenty of times since this review, and I gotta give credit where it's due. Whatever haunted batch of veggie cream cheese I met that day has clearly been exorcised. Everything since has been back to normal, fresh, delicious, and exactly why I kept coming here in the first place. Bagels still top tier: crispy outside, soft inside, dangerously easy to over-order. Staff still friendly, fast, and running the place like pros. And the plot twist nobody saw coming... they take credit cards now. Absolute character development. Growth. Place still looks super neat. So yes, the old review stands as one weird off day, but the comeback deserves recognition.

They have a lot of tables inside and it's a pretty clean place but the service wasn't my favorite, the lady wasn't very friendly and, like I mentioned before, it takes a very long time to get your food . Doughy. Soft. Reliable. These little guys get absolutely demolished by my coworkers every single time, which tells you everything you need to know. No leftovers = success. This place is aggressively basic and I mean that as a compliment. No wild cream cheese flavors, no bagel flavors you need explained to you, no coffee that requires a TED Talk. They've got hot coffee, iced coffee, and both do exactly what they're supposed to do: keep you functioning. If I'm craving crispy bagels? I know where to go. If I want 47 flavors of cream cheese including birthday cake and Buffalo chicken? I know where to go. But if I want a good, doughy bagel that does its job and doesn't overcomplicate my morning, this is it. The two employees I see every Tuesday are amazing. Friendly, fast, and way too pleasant for the hour and the amount of bagels I order. Never an attitude, never rushing me, just good old-fashioned customer service like it's 1998. Speaking of 1998... the inside hasn't changed since then. It's frozen in time. But weirdly, that's comforting. Clean place. Renovate it and suddenly the bagels might start acting different.
