The gentleman who took our order was nice and very patient given we had no idea what to order. The chicken pesto sandwich was filled with seasoned chicken on some very tasty multigrain bread. The pesto was super fresh! The smoothie was perfect for the kids to split. It was even topped with whipped cream and sprinkles. Every toddler's dream! This place was constantly busy while we were there but there are plenty of tables inside or outside. If you need a quick lunch stop, whether passing through or a local, Baked and Brewed is your spot!

The combo of 20-30 year old grumpy, apathetic employees is unfortunately very predictable. I don't understand why businesses hire people that are customer facing that have crappy attitudes and hate their job....why not hire happy outgoing people to begin with?

One I got did look kind of interesting, with spinach. In any case it was kind of a let down, especially before 10am. Service was good and friendly and it didn't take long at all to be in and out. Also interesting was that this time I got a paper bag over the ever so convenient and handy carry box I always got before. Has it changed? (I took it without comment as they were busy making orders). I don't mind the drive to get there as the bagels are absolutely the best, and even after freezing them they are the only ones that hold up perfectly and taste fresh as new after defrosting. When I got home I found a nice totally unexpected bonus on my receipt... a 'senior discount'. Well, that was really pleasing as I didn't even know they had one and never was offered or got it before! Parking is very limited if you are trying to park right in front, but if you don't mind the walk, there is plenty everywhere else. I like that there is an option for outdoor seating and that there is a drive thru available... which I have never used. It is probably convenient if you use the Panera app, where you can earn points on every order you make on it. On my visit, the gift card I was given was malfunctioning while I was trying to use the self serve computers where you can put an order in yourself. So I had to wait a few minutes for the employee cleaning to come back. It was malfunctioning for them a well and it needed to be put in manually. There were 3 team members that helped us and it was all pretty confusing. After we ordered a bread bowl of Mac & Cheese with extra bacon and a Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack... we sat at a clean table and waited a short time. At the pick up window (inside), there are condiments and pasticware available if you think you need them. The registers and pick up window inside were separated by walls from the dining room. I got a few bites of the Mac & Cheese. It was not mushy like I imagined. It was good. The chicken bagel stack was really delicious, but kind of all over the plate. The spring mix was spread out on the plate and I had to put it inside the bagel sandwich. The dressing in it meshed so well with all the flavors. There was also cheese inside, but some of the ingredients didn't spread out over the bagel enough... for example, the tomatoes were pretty small. Overall, delicious food, clean location, and service was great when I needed help with the malfunctioning gift card. Just when I thought there was nothing I liked here at Panera... along came the Bagel Stacks. Steak was recommended to me, but I am more of a chicken kinda gal.
