They always sports on or you can request to play one of their movies they have. Lastly, it's family run so you will never experience a grouchy cashier or server. Recently I broke my back and was laid up in the hospital over 25 miles away, and constantly craved my iced coffee, until a week into my stay when in walked Nate Coffman with 2 iced coffees. Nate has always been happy go lucky Starbuck's employee who would come by our coffee table in the morning providing refills and laughter. I was so stunned and so happy to see him!!! It was such an enormous gesture of kindness and customer commitment I have ever seen with any business, and I would love to see company's reward their employees who go way above and beyond like this... In this fast paced world, it seems really customer service is a thing of the past, but Nate took it to a whole new level and I am so thankful!!!! They even offered complimentary face masks and hand sanitizing wipes. Those are at a table right inside next to the door. Nice! The staff including the Krispy Krunchy Chicken staff were wearing face masks. Great! I noticed three of the four customers in the shop were wearing their own face masks.
