I bought a few pies on the website in advance to take to my family on Thanksgiving and got ZERO correspondence from them after placing the order and calling + sending several emails. After a month of being ghosted by them, I eventually got my refund but the ownership has TERRIBLE customer service and desperately needs to get their shit together. You can just tell that either they have so much business they don't care much about service or they're just not quite sure how to dial everything in to balance the front of house and kitchen delivery. If I have any specific suggestions to offer: tell your customers upfront about your kitchen wait times. Nobody wants to wait an hour for breakfast food. Make sure to follow up with your customers and ask them if they want anything else to drink besides water it seems like a really easy way to make extra money.
