While she made our bowls, we noticed the chairs had already been put up. It was nice and clean and we tracked in water and left footprints... oopps. Very minimal fish selection. They transformed their dining area to accommodate Suishi in the raw but does not open until 430 pm. Hopefully that generates some business! I hope they can clean up the place and have a bigger selection. I will continue to go to the larger and newer organic grocery store in Grass Valley in the meantime.
