I was happy to discover this bagel shop! I saw them on Too Good to Go actually, where I was finally able to reserve a bag. Maybe they ran out of leftover bagels because the guy working there gave me a bag of 6 fresh bagels that he just picked out from the case! We also ordered two bagel sandwiches: Stocks N Lox on Spinach Parmesan Egg, Cheese and Sausage on Pesto Both sandwiches had good flavor and the right amount of toasting and we really enjoyed them. The outside of the shop is pretty nondescript. We missed it the first time we walked by. Inside was more interesting with the stocks and news screens and club music playing lol.

Bagel Exchange is a cool dance club masquerading as a bagel shop. Techno music when I went, small discrete front door, dark club vibes, two hipsters working the place, TV screen tuned to the stock exchange to keep you abreast of your investments, clocks on the wall giving you jet setters the time of the day in your home town...JK... Bagel Exchange is a definite go-to for big, chewy, tasty bagels. I like my bagels encrusted with goop...sesame seeds, fried garlic, fried onion, Parmesan, chia seeds,.. all kinds of shi..take. No cuss... they have encrusted and they have plain ones for those that have gastroenteritis that shouldn't have all those little seedy things. All good, I like both types of bagels but the chewy base always gets me. BE is also on TGTG for those that like a surprise deal. 6 bagels that they choose. A bargain if you're in the area. Street parking only...I'll go there clubbing next time, but alas, I'll just be standing alone at the door in the middle of the night wondering why is it closed and where's the bouncer?

I enjoy a good freshly baked bagel in the morning or lunch with fresh deli or smoke lox company with cream cheese or mixed with fruit or vegetable and herbs. I decided to try the Bagel Exchange in Alhambra because I like try different kind of bagels even I try the newly open Einstein Bros Bagels in Monterey Park they very good and I enjoyed very much. I like to try different Bagels bakery who have the best bagel. The definition of a bagel is chewy, soft and cr crust can be soft or lightly crunch. The Bagels Exchange is on Main St when I step into the place it have nice vibe to it a relaxing they very nice display showing the variety kind of bagels they have on site. They serve all kind coffee drinks, and other drinks they make on site. The biggest surprise is they have a 65 or 70 inch flat-screen TV that's is really cool. Overall I enjoy the peace and the quite that keep my mind in peace.

I am still dreaming about my bagel this morning. We had the Stocks n Lox and the avocado BLT bagel. So yummy. For drinks we had the matcha and cinnamon bun lattes.

I came into bagel exchange and ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on a poppy bagel & it was a 10/10. My only note is that I wish the bagel was a little more toasted. Overall, would recommend bagel exchange for bagels, especially the poppy seed bagels!

If you are a fan of bagels, then give this place a try. I think there are at least 25 bagel flavors to choose from. So many! I liked the Spinach Asiago Cheese Bagel. It had the perfect texture. Inside the bagel was chewy and dense, while outside was slightly crisp and toasted. You can either choose a bagel from the menu or build your own. The Exchange includes ham, bacon, sausage, and cheese. This is probably the best savory bagel you can get here. This is a great place to grab a quick bite or some coffee. There are a few tables for dining in.

First time here. The customer service was welcoming! And the coffee was delicious! The sandwich was the perfect balance ! The only thing is I wish the ambiance was better. Seemed dead inside and hidden for such a delicious spot to check out !

Small inside space but its cozy. Came here on a sunday and there's a good amount of seating but it does get a little crowded. The workers are very nice. I like how you can choose which bagel you want for the sandwiches (and theres a lot of options). The stocks n lox was good. The smoked salmon wasn't too thin and there was enough cream cheese too. Overall, would come again to try other stuff from the menu.

Met up with a friend here on a Sunday morning and was very pleasantly surprised to find ample seating! I ordered a blue Thai tea with almond milk, and my friend ordered a coconut latte with oak milk. The first thought that passed through my head after the first sip was, "wow, not too sweet!" I was thoroughly impressed as I hadn't specified a level of sweetness. I didn't order a bagel this time, but I will the next time I stop in. They all looked yummy.

This is a neat little bagel shop! First thing I noticed was the wheelchair accessible table. There's techno music playing softly in the background. There are several TVs up, and even a printer you can use to print out your documents. I have been on the hunt to find a place that had bagels similar to Goldsteins. This has been the closest I've found so far. I ordered a plain bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese. The bagels are soft, dense, and chunky just how I like them. The cream cheese was delicious as well. I also ordered viet coffee, which was very strong (in a good way) flavored, and not super sweet and full of sugar like most the ones I've tried. Very impressed with the taste and quality of this establishment. Will def be back. The parking is the only down side and is a bit tricky to find, but the side streets got you covered. Thanks guys

Calamansi: 5/5 so refreshing especially after a f45 workout. Like a sweet orange juice. Milk tea latte: 5/5 strong like Hong Kong milk Spinach Asiago bagel with egg white and cream cheese: 3/5 I needed some sort of salty protein in here. Hahaha the spinach Asiago bread was a 5/5 though!

Tried this spot for the first time and it did NOT disappoint!! I got the beef is sandwich on an everything bagel. Added jalapeño cause I love a lil spice and crunch!! Very affordable and filing. Got the cereal latte. It's ok just a Latte w lucky charms. Nothing special but I did wanna get the cute cup they are out of stock. So I'll have to go again very friendly and nice which to me is very important!! Rene was very kind and answered my questions given he was busy and working so hard fulfilling peoples orders. Thumbs up to him!! I definitely will be coming back and already have told my friends about his spot. Can't wait to go back !!!

Food was great! Pizza bagel had a nice crunch to it. Avocado blt was fresh! Both drinks were made excellent. Staff were helpful and polite! Not too much seating inside, it was kind of dark, and dusty. Overall, would return!!!

Eggs, cheese, and turkey bagel. Drink is ice dirty chai. (Mixture of tea and coffee.)

I was so excited to finally try them after seeing a lot of hype on social media and reading reviews too. I tried to order the new Salmon Roe bagel. I also saw it advertised on the counter. After I ordered, the cashier went to the back, and I overheard her asking who I assumed makes the bagels, if they knew how to make the new bagel. Then she came back and said, it's actually unavailable right now and removed the little advertisement on the counter I saw. I was confused, but I don't think she knew I heard her entire conversation. But I was understanding and gave benefit of the doubt that they were underprepared versus just didn't want to make it... So, I went ahead and ordered 2 lox instead, one on the squid ink bagel. It was nothing special, and way too expensive. The squid ink just tasted like a regular bagel that has been colored, in my opinion. The salmon and tomato felt fresh and was okay, but it's something I could have definitely made at home, especially with that price. It was very underwhelming for what's advertised. It just felt like straight up cream cheese. I haven't tried the other location but I'm hoping it's a better experience than this.

They also serve breakfast sandwiches, various shmears for the bagels, cookies, pastries, juice, and coffee beverages. Since I was saving my bagel for later, I toasted it when I got home. Pre-toast it was chewy and tasted better when toasted because the cheese and jalapeño were warm. It wasn't a NY bagel but, in terms of chains, it is one of the better ones. Waiting for me. Waiting for us to get lunch at Belle's. Life was good. But what's even better than good? Great. Life was about to be great. 2. On the way in I saw a strange man outside wearing sunglasses. He looked at me. Friend or foe? I ran through a list of my options. Run. Stand my ground. Kiss. But then I realized I recognized him. This wasn't a stranger. This was a friend. 3. "Hey," I said. "Hey," he said back at me. Casey. We knew each other. I mentioned I was about to dine at Belle's and he immediately complimented the establishment. "Do you know who Harry Mack is?" I told him I didn't. "He's a freestyle rapper on tiktok. I saw him eating here once. I told him I like his videos when we were both in the bathroom." In the bathroom? Or in the line for the bathroom? I didn't follow up with any questions and left the conversation bewildered. 4. I sat down inside, waiting for Jess & Kora. We had eaten here together many times and this excited me. Nothing quite like eating lunch with your friends. The only thing better would be if you were getting massages from beautiful men and women. The thought brought a smile to my face. The kind of smile that hurts your cheeks so much that you wish pain was only temporary. 5. Jess showed up. Shortly after Kora did as well. The boys were back at it again. I looked around. I could tell everybody was aware of who we were and what we were doing. I even caught a stray look from a table of three men that was tinged with a tear. Jealous of the friendship we so effortlessly commanded. It was as if we were massaging each other's minds with our words. This is the kind of experience one can expect while in the presence of Zed C. from Yelp. The kind of experience you read online and think is fake but is actually realer than reality. The kind of experience that can only be contained with two slices of bagel. 6. From the jump, we were talking Area 51. The laughs were as plentiful as the refills on our cups of coffee (frequent!) But the happiness could only take us so far. It was only a matter of time until we began looking at the walls and the photos that covered them. Photos of people, of bagels, of everything that wasn't... us. There wasn't a photo on the wall of us. Zed C. from Yelp and Jess & Kora. I don't believe in divine justice, but we do what we can to form some level of fairness in a galaxy bent on chaos. Entropy consumes us all but... if Belle's could put a photograph of the three of us on their wall... maybe hope isn't just a false promise of what's to come. Maybe life could exceed great and become... excellent. The same tear I saw in the stranger's eye populated Jess' eye. Kora's eye. & mine as well. We shut our eyes and pretended that this moment never happened. The boys were back at it once again! 7. Our food arrived. I had ordered the ECA, the egg, cheese and avocado mash bagel. Everything. At home I only get plain because the seeds go everywhere making my kitchen into a literal hellscape. Here at Belle's? I indulge myself. So what if a seed doesn't land on the plate. They'll clean it up. They always do. It's why we keep coming back. That and the quality of the food. The ECA is encased in a god-tier bagel with the type of eggs that are so fluffy you could've sworn you bit into a cloud. Every bite is a reminder of the strength of modern civilization and the many sacrifices we make to be a part of something bigger (and tastier) than our own selves. 8. Eventually the conversation spilled over the edge and one of us waved a server down. One that we were friendly with. "How can we get our photo on the wall?" She wasn't receptive. But she offered a possibility... "We could put a mirror on the wall and you'd see yourself on the wall." Jess laughed loudly and as she left he told us, "She thinks we're stupid." & you know what? If she did we'd be okay with it. Because that's the type of guys we are. We roll with the punches and get down with the lunches. 9. I'd like to quickly respond to the review written by "S A." in which they said "This place is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY" because they were forced to wait in line like everybody else. Because of their "hungry kids" they wanted everybody else to get behind them. Sounds like your "family" isn't RESTAURANT FRIENDLY. Maybe it's about time you got in line and learned to respect the rules of the culinary tradition known as "waiting until it's your turn". 10. I left Belle's feeling better than I did when I walked in. I was refreshed, I was quenched. I patted my belly and let out a sigh. Life was great. It was all downhill from here. Then I turned around and looked at Belle's. A reminder of what was to come. The boys would be back at it once again. I smiled a final time. This time it was permanent. Its a pretty casual spot where you order at a counter or kiosk and then pick up your food when its ready. As I no longer live in LA, I, of course, had to order like 4 bagels to try. We got the signature calic, elote calic, potato bacon calic, and the bacon scallion. My eyes are always bigger than my stomach and ultimately, I just wanted a taste of them all. Sadly, I found the bagels to be a bit lackluster for the price. The garlic flavor is prominent but, as with a lot of Korean foods, there was just too much sweet for my personal tastes. I should also just recognize that bagels aren't really my thing and despite it being appealing to look at, they didn't really hit home for me. They're quite pricey at close to $10 a bagel and while filling, don't seem to have much substance (its essentially a bagel and flavored cream cheese). Am I glad I came, sure, I got to try something new and didn't have to wait in ridiculously long lines but would I return? Unlikely but again, if you're into this kind of thing, its good.

They have a handful of tables outside to dine there but many do take their order to-go. The surrounding neighborhood is so lucky to have this spot, I'm jealous. Need to come back soon! Salmon was moist and flaky, almost buttery. Whitefish Bagel -tasted like cod, unsure but it was amazing. Everything Bagel paired well with this. Sooo good.

Maury was the next one on my list and I was left full and satisfied. Ambiance: The spot is not on a busy main street. Yes, sitting is limited but I don't mind waiting if food is good! It's so cute inside and you can just smell the bagels. Clean and subtle! Service: Very welcoming. Employees have great attitude. They were not in a rush and gave a warm feeling. Food: We got Triple Pickle with Lox! There was a good amount of lox, cream cheese, cucumber and pickles! The variety in bagels is great plus the freshness! We also got fresh OJ, and Vanilla Cold Brew with oat. Great pair with our bagels. Overall, this place is *chefs kiss*, we will definitely be returning.
