When I went back to get it corrected, the manager made excuses that two people's order came out at the same time. When I told her that my name wasn't what she was claiming a that their employee called my name and handed me the order, she argued that it was not what happened. The bagels weren't great either. Both were hard and dry with very little cream cheese scmear. So, if you order from this location, and the get your order wrong, expect them to blame you for the inconvenience.

I was told it was "peak time," the line was out the door, and that I could "order online or stand in line again." The sheer audacity to expect a customer--whose order you just completely ruined--to wait in line all over again while guests sit at home starving is mind-boggling. With zero options and hungry guests including kids, I was forced to order basic bagels from this exact same store via DoorDash just to feed everyone. After the party, I went back to the store to address it. All I got was a casual, "Sorry about that, the person who took the order is new." Please help me understand how that excuse saves me from the embarrassment I faced in front of my guests. To put this into perspective: 10 out of the 12 sandwiches were completely wrong. Only two sandwiches and the coffee box were correct. Looking at recent reviews, I see I'm not the first person this has happened to. Management needs to wake up and take this seriously.
