Bagels didn't stand out enough to balance out the inconveniences. Ordinary bagel spot but you know how Los Angeles is... people line up for just about anything and set you up to believe the place is fire, then it's just ok. I think it's just general overpopulation at this point. While our bagel was good - stuffed with cream cheese for those that are not lactose intolerant - it was not anything special. No stale bagels but that's the bare minimum. I've had better from chains and I would have expected something that tasted like it was made with a little more love. The bagel shop is pretty small (maybe two small tables built into the side to sit at) but it smells like lovely fresh baked bread. I ordered online and the system said it would take 30 minutes but I came in maybe 10 min after ordering and it was already done. If you order online and live close, I would just head over because they might have your order ready then. This was a great bagel shop! They had a huge variety and the staff is super helpful with helping you choose all your flavors. If you buy six bagels, they give you a seventh for free and if you buy a dozen they give you an extra 2 bagels. We really liked all of the options with cheese on the top. The cinnamon raisin bagel is also really good. My favorite bagel was the poppyseed bagel. The parking lot is super small but there is street parking on the road next to the shop it was pretty busy inside. For starters, Jason advised us perfectly. He truly knew exactly how much we would need to make sure we wouldn't run out of food, without having us over-order, either. Every time they knock it out of the park everything is so fresh. Their vegetable platters are absolutely reasonable and cut to perfection. I am surprised they are still in business. Also, the hygienic practices that I witnessed from the employees in store, was very off putting. I ordered the (Black Forest) ham and swiss cheese sandwich with all the fixings (lettuce, tomato, purple onion, mayo, Mustard) served on a toasted jalapeño and cheese bagel, with a pickle spear, olives and a small container of potato salad on the side. Beating the lunch rush, I got my order quickly. I appreciated that they cut my sandwich in half and secured each half with a toothpick.
