My favorite item here is the Ham and Cheese croissant. I'd give it a 5 star! The donuts are good and they have a big selection of sandwiches to choose from! My buddy asked for a custom BLT on a Bagel with cream cheese and avocado and he says it's a 5 star sandwich as well! The service here is great the Hispanic lady behind the counter was super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy. She added a free donut in my friend's bag. Food and doughnuts a 3, the service always a 5. The energy and customer service always great, they are quick and accommodating and always generous. Just the oil be sometimes not the best quality and ingredients could be upgraded BUT you are getting what you're paying for, so all good, its an occasional treat. I don't be eating sweets like that but I'm sure others love and the ingredients quality are what they are seeking. read more

Now that donuts are so expensive I have a new rule of thumb. They must be worth the calories and worth the price. These donuts pass the test on both! I can tell how good a place's donuts are by the quality of the apple fritter. The apple fritter here was perfect! Perfectly cooked on the outside, and very soft on the inside. It was filled with plenty of cinnamon and had just the right amount of apple chunks! So good! I also had a buttermilk bar. Again, a winner. No oily-tasting donuts here. Only good stuff! Donuts can still be cheap thankfully. This one was 1.90. Nice service with a smile and it looks like they have a big menu that includes mixed coffee and other breakfast stuff. Small little shop with decent parking. I vouch for it. Donut tasted like a donut. read more

I stopped in this spot as it caught my eye. Donuts and coffee before heading to Hollywood Forever to spend some time. They have a small kitchen here too where theyre making bacon and sandwiches if youre not up for the donut route. They have some board games if youre in the mood to spend some time there and enjoy your snacks. Nice lottle spot! read more

Customer service - the customer service was amazing and very welcoming. The guy at the front counter had a great attitude and a vibe that just made you want to stand there and order more than what you originally was going to get Lol .. Food/ maple bar - really good sweet but not too sweet very soft devoured it in a couple bites should've got two Thai tea - whenever I travel the world, each place I go to. I try their tea and out of every place I've been to this has been the best I've ever had in my life was to the point where I said I'm going to have to come back tomorrow and see is the taste consistent enough it was yes I went the next day to get another tea it sucks I don't live in LA so this isn't something that I could get all the time but trust and believe when I visit LA which is pretty often I will be stopping here every single time read more

My go-to spot to grab a quick bite in the morning. Open early and you literally cannot find a better deal. My favorites are the croissant, burrito and if I'm hungover: the donut breakfast sandwich. $9 for a burrito that is the size of football and I'm not sure if it's company policy or I'm just special but they always throw in an extra random donut for free. And that's not even talking about the donuts.... I'm pretty sure the sweet little Asian woman who's always there owns it and the donuts she makes are next level. If you enjoy Krsipy Kreme or Dunkin.. wait till you try these. You'll quickly realize the donuts you grew up eating are low quality, cardboard consistency compared to these pillowy-soft interior with a taste that doesn't make you regret it. Not to be confused with the Magee's Donuts on 6th Street, Magee's on Santa Monica is literally our favorite donut shop to order from!! Magee's consistently delivers delicious donuts and pastries, and while their iced coffee isn't my favorite, I use my own creamer here at home to make it to my preference. They often throw in freebie items, too, especially if they're out of the item you requested. Ok so this place is a hole in the wall and DO NOT JUDGE THE BOOK BY THE COVER. They are a diamond in the rough of donut shops. They have a true old fashioned and are mad affordable. They are fast because they aren't hype and they have specialty donuts for holidays like Easter, they bake their donuts frequently; they are a neighborhood gem. Any of them would be considered specialty donuts at other places in LA and could run you $5-6/donut but each came out to less than $3. We…read morerushed over after work, sat through traffic, and miraculously found parking right in front of the store. It was too good to be true... We made it, but only to find out this location had closed the day before on November 30th. The staff looked just as bummed as we were and kindly redirected us to their Santa Monica location. Bummer folks have to drive all the way out there just to try. We didn't see any signs of the store closing nor did we catch anything online. Must be recent. Can someone pls confirm if this is true? This is my new "thing"…read more Very hot. Super fresh and they have a crunch on the outside. These are not the dreaded "cake donuts" I was expecting. Loved the passion fruit and liked the rose. As long as they continue to uplift and source from the Hawaiian community of origin - I'll pay the $4-5 per. There's always more work to do and I'll be back.

SERVICE Great service, caring, and communicative even leading up to the day of delivery. DONUTS Delicious! Perfectly sweetened and creamy. The black sesame with mochi was delicious. The tiramisu cream had a slight sourness which I was not too much a fan of. The sweet potato was not too sweet and had a good amount of filling. Creme brulee also had a nice custard inside but probably would've tasted better if eaten on the day of as I had to fridge them for a day before gifting. OVERALL Creamy delicious donuts and excellent service. Come give them a try!

My mouth is watering just thinking about the black sesame donut. It was perfect! This spot is located in a small plaza with very limited parking. As soon as you walk in, you will be greeted by the most appealing, scrumptious donut display. They have a variety of flavor like black sesame, dubai chocolate, creme brulée, etc. The place is clean, visually organized and appealing. When we were there, it was a one man show. He was the one taking the orders and preparing the orders. Even when it got a little busy, he was super nice and patient with everyone, specially us who kept asking questions about their products. We ordered the following: * Black sesame - this was my fave. It has black sesame with mochi and red bean paste and they all complemented so well. * Creme Brulée - very tasty with a little crunch from the creme brulée. Not overly sweet and with a generous amount of filling as well. * Coffee Creme Brulée - this was like the creme brulée with a hint of coffee. Almost like a mocha flavor. It was also good! * Pistachio - this was also really good. It was not overly sweet either, perfect filling ratio and complemented well with the bread. Overall, their donuts are definitely one for the books. It was soft and delicious. Amazing customer + amazing food = highly recommend it!
