A quick stop again. Love their bagels and bagel breakfast sandwiches too. Lots of flavors. Service is quick. Grab a bagel and enjoy!

I hear everyone rave about Bagel Bin and after spending some time in NYC a few months ago I had to see if these lived up the hype of being the best bagel in Omaha. Unfortunately I was disappointed in the bagel themselves. A little dry, not enough chew. Also not very large for bagels being their main product. However the cream cheese was absolutely delicious. The menu is also a little hard to read with the color that it is. The green with black font. They were asking what we wanted before we could even get to the full menu to read.

Busy Sunday morning but the line moves fast. I ordered lox, tomato, onion and capers on an everything bagel. I can't remember if I've had better? I haven't been to a deli in New York City or any of the boroughs though. I can't imagine it being much better though. The next time I'm in Omaha I will be back.

Some of the best bagels in Omaha. Every topping you could want. From scratch lattes. Lots of Jewish decor and friendly staff. It's worth it if you're around!

This place is always packed and so busy! I can see why, their bagels are super good, cream cheese are fantastic and they have such a huge variety of bagels! Quite a little gem in omaha! Staff are SO FRIENDLY The only sad thing is they open from 5:00am - 2:00pm Monday through Sunday!

Bagels were delicious! I'm not the biggest bagel fan, but they had some very cool combos. Mushroom melt was so good, next time I'm going to get the California Delight. Not only do they sell bagels, but they have pastries, bread, muffins, and other goodies. The line was long when we got in it, but it went by super quickly! Took maybe 10-15 minutes to get our order in and pay. When ordering, they are straight to it. After ordering, wait at the register to pay. You can either sit down or wait for your food depending on how long your order takes to complete. The ambiance is simple but a little outdated. It does the job by providing seats and tables for you to eat. Has no impact on the food obviously. If you need a quick bite for breakfast/lunch, great place to stop by!

Be sure to get there before they close, we almost didn't make it. I think cut off is 2pm every day. They are generous with the cream cheese which I'm a fan of! We both got everything bagels with plain cream cheese because that was all we could smell as soon as we walked in! Fresh baked and ready to go. We also got some everything bagel chips. All of it was delicious and I'd definitely recommend this place for your bagel cravings! Bonus that there's a scooters right next door.

This is the NY bagel spot I was looking for! The line was all the way to the door when I got in but it moved fast, the staff is very efficient. So many varieties of bagels on display! I got the lox bagel and it was exactly what I was hoping for. There were lots of tables inside for people who want to eat in. This is definitely my go-to bagel spot now.

Ask the Community - Bagel Bin

Do they have any gluten free options?

I haven't noticed any. Most of the menu items are based on bagels. Even if they offered a GF product, I wouldn't regard it as celiac-safe due to the tremendous amount of wheat flour used there, with plentiful opportunities for cross-contact.

Do they boil their bagels in water (the correct way to make the best bagels)?

Yes they do. The news station did a piece on them recently.…

Now they've opened a storefront and you can get bagels hot and fresh out of the oven multiple days a week! **They plan to extend their operating hours when the market season ends, for now they're open W-F 7:30-1:00 but be forewarned that they may sell out early so I'd check social media before making a late trip over. I like that their sourdough isn't too sharp and tangy like what you'd get from the pier in San Fransisco. These bagels have the classic dark crust with soft, chewy interior. They generally have 7 different bagel flavors available daily with a few on the menu rotating each week. The Salted Rosemary is hands down the best, my favorite! When I'm feeling a little sweet tooth, the French toast Crunch hits the spot, especially paired with the prepared-in-house Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese. Oooooo, delish! They also offer brewed coffee, housemade cold brew, and a variety of different ready-to-purchase beverages. There is bar counter seating as well as a cute window bench seat and additional patio tables out front. I appreciate that they considered the parking situation! You can snag a spot on the neighborhood street or there's plenty of parking at the church across the street. There is handicapped parking behind the shop.

FOREVER DONE with all Bruegger's after today…read more Stopped in this morning on my way to donate blood and ordered breakfast and lunch for later. I used my pre-loaded account and was charged TWICE for my order by a 65 year old man making food who had black, nasty, dirty fingernails. Gross . It legit looked like he hadn't washed his hands in a week. Had I seen them before I ordered and paid, I would have walked out and gone somewhere else. Regretfully I wish I had done that regardless. I had $61 on my Bruegger's account and after ordering 3 sandwiches and scanning my barcode, they told me I still owed them $23. Nooooo. So wrong. Three sandwiches DO NOT cost more than $61. Thats ridiculous. No common sense from these employees. That's when they charged me twice for the same order. Great. Completely incompetent. They had to call the manager Steve in, who sorta fixed the issue but short changed me. I didn't notice that until I got home. But he had another woman make my order while he worked on refunding me (incorrectly) and I was focused on that. I didn't want dirty fingernails making my food. ICK! Also, I always order the herby turkey with extra tomato spread, which they charge extra for. Fine, whatever. But I just sat down to enjoy the herby turkey. There is ZERO TOMATO SPREAD ON HERE WHATSOEVER. Charged me extra for it, charged me TWICE for it... and there is not one drop of tomato spread on this sandwich at all. Lovely How difficult is it to follow simple directions? To wash your hands while preparing someone else's food? To train your staff how to operate a register without screwing customers out of their own money? And to get one straight forward order correct, especially when the customer PAID MORE for it?! Absolutely PATHETIC. Brueggers should be ashamed. Every time I stop here regardless of the location, my order is never correct. Not once. The staff is less than competent and don't know what the hell they're doing. I'm trying to get rid of the balance on my account so I can done with them for good. Bruegger's used to be packed all the time with customers. It wasn't today. Like not at all. I can easily see why. When you screw customers out of their money, can't follow simple instructions and never get their order right, you're heading for locations to close permanently. And truthfully, I'd be happy to see this franchise close. They can't seem to do anything right. Their management doesn't care either and never answers the phone or calls back. Really, really fine, something I'd definitely order again. For me. Not to share. I had the Schnitzel Bennie with tart cherry jam and lemon hollandaise. Sound unusual? Tasted great! We said first available seats, which ended up being at the end of the bar. More about that later... I ordered the vegan standard and hubs ordered the banana bread French toast. The server was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner, considering the place was packed. Regarding the vegan standard, it seems they have cut back on the amount of tofu scramble and increased the amount of hashbrowns, which was a little bit disappointing. As usual it was very tasty though! I tried a bite of the hubs French toast and it was VERY unique and tasty! II will be getting that next time. I was disappointed to hear that they haven't brought back the vegan biscuits and gravy, but maybe once again they will! So the food was great but our experience, not so much, based on where we were sitting. I feel like they should not even use the last spot at the bar to seat a patron. Right next to where I was sitting is the place they bring the clean silverware to dry it off, then they would toss it into the silverware holder. The noise was very annoying and they did nothing to try to even be quiet about it. The other thing about that location is the register is pretty much right in your face, like 15 inches directly in front of me and someone was pretty much there the whole time. Other areas of the bar wouldn't be quite so bad, but next time we will wait longer to get a table or sit at the bar top that looks outside instead of at all the workers doing their thing and talking to each other. Other than the location of where we sat this visit, this is still one of our top spots for a yummy vegan breakfast, and we will be back!
