This is THE BEST donut shop we've been to in a very long time. The donut and coffee selection is very impressive, to say the least. They also have breakfast sandwiches, breakfast tacos, smoothies, milkshakes. The list is long. We tried an apple fritter, a croissants sandwich, a bagel sandwich and breakfast tacos. We also got a lavender latte and an americano. Everything was made fresh and we were all very pleased. The decor is on point. Old cartoons play on silent with pleasant soft music playing at exactly the right volume. The team is very pleasant seems very happy. It's also super clean. Oh! Another bonus: They have a few games. The espresso tasted very burnt and overly acidic, and one latte was especially watered down due to having very little ice. We ended up throwing both away, which was disappointing after spending around $15. As people who genuinely love coffee and enjoy supporting local cafes, we don't expect perfection, but we do expect some consistency and care in preparation. Hoping this was just an off day, because the space and reviews made us really want to love it.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with the warmest welcome. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely made us feel like they were happy to have us there. My dad was worried they would mess with our food and I said I'm not worried b/c I thought they would be more professional. I way underestimated the maturity of those workers. The sandwich was so spicy I couldn't even eat it. These are expensive sandwiches, and I expected better quality and service. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at a sandwich shop. I won't be returning to the Cedar Park location --if I ever return to Ike's I'll stick to the Round Rock or North Austin stores instead. Really disappointing experience from a brand I used to love.
