Bagel and Bean cafe is a breakfast and lunch spot serving fresh bagels, sandwiches, coffee, pastries, omelettes, wraps, salads, and more. It's located on on the main street with plenty of on street parking and parking lots. My family and I stopped in for coffee, but they only had the pots of coffee you serve yourself. We were looking for an actual coffee shop. The pastries looked great and the menu options were plentiful. We ended up getting some snacks for our child. The employees were friendly. After opening at my office, went early to pick up a dozen bagels. No bagels. At all. Oven broken? Just order myself an egg sandwich. Menu online says $5.99 for two eggs, cheese and either bacon, ham or sausage. I swap for turkey. Figure a dollar more maybe. $8.99 (which is the price of the HUGE specialty sandwiches with three meats, hashbrowns, etc). Can't review bagels as they don't have any (today at least) but the breakfast sandwich was WAY overpriced and the gentlemen behind the counter said "oh, the menu is wrong...." OK. Super clean, updated and friendly staff. Came in for breakfast, however I did not get a bagle. I opted for an omelet and an iced coffee. Omelet was cooked perfectly and was filling. Coffee was spot on, better than dunkin for sure. This is now my go to spot! read more

I popped in here over the weekend. Admittedly, I walked in mid-afternoon and they were out of most items, but I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. It was quite good. I am not a bagel pro, but this was definitely a good bagel. I did not get a coffee and try out the "Bean" part. If you are looking for a regular cup of good coffee, I think they have you covered as their coffee is a kind of serve yourself in big tanks. This is not the place for almond milk lattes made from fancy coffee beans. There is plenty of places to sit and enjoy your bagel and the staff was friendly as well. read more

BAGEL & BEAN CAFE participates in "Too Good To Go", a great organization. I picked up an order yesterday and mentioned that I was going to drop it off at a nursing home, AS SOON AS THEY HEARD THAT, that one order was automatically doubled, plus was given additional cream cheese spreads. I was in the store when that lady came in complaining about the tuna. Personally I think the staff was very professional about it! She explained what she thought was ordered and it seemed like a simple miscommunication error!! On top of that, the lady OFFERED to venmo them lol. I stopped in Sunday morning and the lady, (owner) behind the counter seemed frazzled and unable to handle customer's order. I wasn't aware the store was under new management, but as soon as I saw the lack of help, the hecticness of the new owners and the high prices, I knew things had changed dramatically. It's not the same store and I can't imagine these people being in business much longer. They have no idea what they're doing and given their price of a bacon, egg and cheese, I can find somewhere else to buy my breakfast sandwich, like next door at the Market. Thanks but No Thanks... Came here with my co worker for the first time to pick up lunch, my coworker called in an order for 2 tuna salad sandwiches one with lettuce and one with avocado and lettuce, when we get back to work we noticed that one sandwich just has lettuce on it and nothing else. I explained to the woman behind the counter that she forgot to put the tuna salad on one of our sandwiches and immediately she was very nasty and arguing with me saying that's what I ordered. Who would just order a croissant with lettuce? Because we wasted our entire lunch break driving back and forth over this sandwich i rushed back into my car and forgot to bring my wallet (which was my fault but I assumed I was charged for the 2 sandwiches already) they proceed to tell me that I owe them $4 for slapping on disgusting watery tuna. I told her that I didn't bring my wallet because I already paid for my food and they wouldn't give me the sandwich so I had to Venmo the girl behind the counter $4 because I had no other form of payment! Extremely unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.
