The issue I had was with the lady on the phone at Reliant Pest Control. There is a miscommunication with her. Basically, the company is looking for more money from me. She was also asking for another reinitiation fee of $168. This is not fair!!. She was trying to put the blame on me. Please restore my price and I will consider staying with your company.
