Dave at Balance Pest Control has been a trusted service provider at my home for many years. He's here every month to spray for ants and other creepy crawly things and has helped with other critters as needed through the years. I have had Balance Pest Control for about 35 years, from when we first moved to California. #1...Dave gets rid of pests! I'm allergic to ant bites and he has kept them at bay. #2 ...he is kind and extremely trustworthy enough to give them our gate code. Dave comes and goes without disrupting our daily busy lives and makes sure the gate is securely locked when leaving. Thank you Dave!! read more

Dave continues to provide us with amazing service! He is incredibly reliable and trustworthy. He comes outside business hours to not bother patrons/customers. We are always scheduled within a few days or quicker if necessary or asked of him (even if not necessary). His prices are extremely fair and I've never experienced any hidden costs or surprise charges. He continues to make my life and job much easier. :) read more

Long story short, my office is located on top of an ant hill and I was coming in every morning to trails of ants everywhere. I tried to wait it out, but called Dave at Balance Pest Control after a fantastic recommendation from a friend! I should NEVER have waited to call Dave! He came in and sprayed the next day and had me walk around to show him the hot spots. He used an odor free spray so we all could continue to work that day! He was professional, very quick, and very reasonably priced. Next day, NO ANTS! Day after that, NO ANTS! It's really been a miracle now that I don't have to clean up hundreds of ants a day! Thanks again Dave! read more

Balance Pest Control is the best in town! I use them for real estate transactions as well as my personal home. highly recommended.

These guys came over and I explained my situation with mice running around the house. They took a look around and assessed my entire house. We found where they are most likely coming in from the outside and they told me how to seal it off and gave me some really effective, but safe traps (for free). They were very nice and professional and did not try to sell me things/services that I did not need. They did however take a good amount of time out of their day to give me a game plan for the situation and asked that I call them if the problem persisted. If the problem does persist, I would call them back in a heartbeat since our first encounter with them was so good! These guys should be your first call for sure! Beginning to end was a good professional experience for a not so pleasant situation. read more

Dave went above and beyond the call of duty! I was pregnant and thought I possibly had bed bugs! OMG! He came to the rescue with a magnifying glass and was ready to solve the mystery for me! I eagerly waited outside and he shared with me it was fleas!! (still gross but easier to get rid of) he treated by house frequently and swiftly and the fleas vanished! We still use Balance for all of our flea maintenance! They are the best! read more

This is one of only a couple of reviews on Yelp. I used Dave twice. Called for the third time to use and he was in an attic doing work I assume. Said he would call back. Has not done so and it has been a week or close to. I found him to be be very sarcastic at least to me. He lost me mainly because of his arrogant attitude. As I see he did in another poor review I am sure he will come up with an excuse. I do not accept arrogance and sarcasm! Hope this helps others. read more

I called Balance Pest Control in a panic because we had a ton of bugs and spiders at our new house we just moved into. In the past, they had taken care of my old house, and got rid of the cockroaches and ants that were hanging out when I first moved in. I knew they could help me out this time too! Making an appointment was very easy. They have great availability. Very friendly locally owned business! Best Pest control service in the area, I would definitely recommend!! read more

I have used balance pest-control for years even after it changed ownership. Yesterday my service left ants around my cabana and patio. I called and they were here first thing this morning. Unfortunately the owner came and He spoke very rude and wouldn't look me in the eye I tried to show him the ants and he replied I just sprayed there don't go there and I said well I was just checking and he asked me about the eaves I had asked him about earlier. He was so rude that I just told him to forget it it's OK and he said OK I quit. Frankly he hasn't done a very good job in a long time and it's OK with me. Very strange and counter but I guess it was meant to be I will move onto a different service read more

I love Balance Pest Control. The owner is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and cares about the job. He really looks at the whole situation to come up with the best approach.
