I ended up speaking to Dan Lade, the owner of the dealership, and he was super helpful getting me photos and details of the car. I saw great reviews from the dealership so I bought the car sight unseen. Hitched a ride from Austin to Frankston to pick it up and met the man in person. He was as nice as he was on the phone, and the car was in better condition than I could have imagined. My problem is, my car is 1 year old, it has…read morebeen in the shop twice in the last month, it is currently in the shop for what it went in the first time and did not get fixed. They put me in a loaner car, I am allowed 250 miles in a week. If I drove to and from work for one week, and that is all I dove I would put 560 miles on the car. When I dropped my car off I told them I was leaving town in 3 days and had to either have my car back or have something to drive. They will not let me take the loaner because it would be over 250 miles. I now have to go rent a car and Kia may or may not reimburse me. This is a huge disappointment as my car is only 1 year old and I have to pay out of pocket because it isn't running properly and is still under bumper to bumper warranty. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have had Jeep's and Ford's and never ever encountered this issue - Lesson Learned with Kia!!!
