I live nearly 100 miles from this dealership - I had reached out to him ahead of time about a van I saw via Autotrader and thought was a good value. He made sure I was the first one to see it since I had been the first to reach out - I really appreciated that. Paperwork only took a couple of hours compared to the nearly full day I've experienced at other dealerships. Once we signed paperwork, the van still needed some final touch-ups, so I was to pick it up the next day. Well I had a family emergency occur, and David was nice enough to have it arranged to be dropped off at my house. Like I said, best dealership experience ever. When I came across a vehicle that fit my requirements at Lade Ford, I gave them a call. I ended up speaking to Dan Lade, the owner of the dealership, and he was super helpful getting me photos and details of the car. I saw great reviews from the dealership so I bought the car sight unseen. Hitched a ride from Austin to Frankston to pick it up and met the man in person. He was as nice as he was on the phone, and the car was in better condition than I could have imagined. I got a great deal and a month later I couldn't be happier with the car and how Dan handled everything. I've bought many cars for my business over the years and this was by far one of the best buying experiences I've ever had.

Went to laid Ford for a transmission flush in my truck. Seem like I spent the entire day there. So…read morethey're not very fast. Also requested they check the programming on the transmission. They told me that the transmission was fine and they had reset it. They also told me that there was no updates for the programming of the transmission. There is an update for the transmission and it is has not been updated and I need to get it updated but I am not going back there. Who knows how long that would take.
