A sweet man named Reggie at the Poynor service station put on the spare for me. Once I got to Frankston, I drove past this tire store, so I gave them a call to learn their hours. During my lunch break (1:45ish) I dropped off my car here, saying that I don't get off work til 7 to pick up my car. At the time of dropoff, Eddie (one of the mechanics here) told me that all he had that would fit my rim was a used tire for $30. Still not a bad price! And the tire quality would do the job. He said he would also leave the shop open just a little longer today so I could pick up my car (after I told him that I don't get off work til 7). I called this place back around 6:30, to see if the car was ready & touch base. That's when Eddie told me that he found a new tire to fit my rim, which would be $45. (Even better quality for just $15 more.) Since I work within 100 yards from this place, I could just walk over to pick up my car. And yes, they also accept cards (credit/debit)! It was quite an adventure, but Eddie was very helpful, flexible, friendly, & supportive during the process. And the price was reasonable as well. Thank you!

I wish I'd gotten the Hispanic man's name that helped my family at E& S last Friday. We were…read morehauling an 18,000lb 5th wheel and had our 2nd blowout of the day just South of Athens, TX. After a 2 hr nightmare of trying to get AAA to help & taking the blown tire off ourselves in the rain, we finally drove into Frankston only to find that the tire shop AAA had "found" for us closed up early, refusing to answer the phone 15 minutes before closing time. I saw E&S a couple blocks down the road, and called to see if they could help. Let me tell you, the BEST experience ever!! Not only did they have several of the trailer tires we needed (evidently not that easy to find- no one had them in Athens, a much larger town), but the kindness and generosity of the man that helped us was a great relief and blessing. We showed up less than 5 minutes before closing time for the shop. He was adamant that he'd stay open to help us with the shredded tire, and kept repeating that he was here for us. When he found out about the first blow out that morning, he insisted we drive back to the trailer while he waited, and bring back the other tire to get repaired. We had left the trailer on the road 20 minutes away, and had to put the 1st tire back on in order to haul the trailer back to E&S to get the other tire fixed. He waited an hour just on faith that we'd come back. This was already 30 minutes after he was supposed to be off work. He even offered to just patch the tire that could be patched to save us money (much less money for him). When we came back, his 2 sons were there & he'd brought in another guy to help. All in all, this Saint of a man stayed after closing almost 3 hours for us! If I could drive 200 miles every time I needed tires, I would never go anywhere else. This man and his shop were the salvation of our trip & we're telling everyone we know about him!!

For almost two years I've been shopping for a new (to me) car. I knew what I wanted... the year,…read moremake, model, and options. The problem was there wasn't a ton of these cars around the US, and the ones I did find either weren't in great condition or had a high sticker price. When I came across a vehicle that fit my requirements at Lade Ford, I gave them a call. I ended up speaking to Dan Lade, the owner of the dealership, and he was super helpful getting me photos and details of the car. I saw great reviews from the dealership so I bought the car sight unseen. Hitched a ride from Austin to Frankston to pick it up and met the man in person. He was as nice as he was on the phone, and the car was in better condition than I could have imagined. I got a great deal and a month later I couldn't be happier with the car and how Dan handled everything. I've bought many cars for my business over the years and this was by far one of the best buying experiences I've ever had.

I hate shopping for cars. Negotiating price, then arguing…read moreover the trade-in value is even worse. Then at closing, someone's going to pitch the "amazing paint/seat/carpet/glass protectant that's only $999 and how can you NOT invest such a small amount if you value your investment?" nonsense. But this didn't happen here. You're gonna LOVE Lade Ford. Was shopping for a new F-250 Lariat but with the gas engine vs diesel. Looked in DFW, Austin, Hillsboro, Hutto, Temple, Killeen, BFE--nothing. Then came across these guys. Just what I wanted; no more, no less. I have never had a better experience with a dealer. Period. Great value on my trade, awesome price on the pickup and absolutely no surprises at closing. You know, the way you're supposed to "do bidness in Texas". Jeremy Lade, Ethan Lade and the others we met were people you wished you'd met each time you bought a car. Or anything else, for that matter. Did I mention that the two hour drive from Waco was WELL worth it? I'd do it again in a heartbeat. While your there, make a :20 side trip to Bruno's in Tyler. Best Eye-talian food ever. Oh--and when I woke up this morning, I didn't hate shopping for cars any more. Thanks, guys!
