It showing 7volts at the time. I removed it and put on a AGM charger. It would charge to 13.1V but not hold, instantly starting to fall back down. I brought it in a few months later, they told me they would attempt to bring it up to charge by reconditing it, and would receive a call in 48hrs. Four days laters, I go in because no call, and was then told it void because reconditing failed. Wouldn't that be about the time replacing the battery under warranty take effect...nope not at Batteries+.

I was told by RV Station in September of 2021 that they were advised by A&D battery has a 3 year warranty. When RV Station contacted A&D about the defective battery and it was still within the 3 year warranty period they were advised the warranty was just 1 year. Explanation from A&D since RV Station was a commercial customer 1 year warranty policy. My understanding is if I had purchased the battery the same battery as a retail customer is warranty was 3 years. I think this is unfair I am the end user impacted by a policy that penalizes me adding significant financial burden because of a smoke and mirrors policy for the financial advantage of A&D. When we got back to our car, the engine would not start. It was immobilized. A jump-start did not help... To make a long story short, we called a few places. Joe came to our location within 25 minutes, so we did not need a tow. He got the engine started within 10 minutes, told us to get a new battery, and we were able to drive to an auto parts store to buy the needed parts. After installing a new battery, we completed our road trip without further problems.
