For $27 for a plate I expect more love in the food and flavor. The meats were ok, nothing bad and nothing spectacular. Definitely not winning any BBQ competitions. Life is too short for ok food, I want to be blown away. I think you guys can do better. Seriously I'm not a chef but my potato and macaroni salad is way better. Im just being honest. The Ribs , shiny meaty tender and so delicious, nice bite a bit of smoky goodness that did not over power the meat, sauced with just a whisper of a sweet and spicy sauce. This was the best BBQ I have had since my last visit to Rolling Smoke in Las Vegas, it used to be when asked I was going to Vegas to play pool , now when asked , I am going to Vegas for the BBQ.
