I was quoted a 10 min wait time so I would expect a longer wait time if there was actually a line. I'm more used to Asian variations of these types of dumplings. It came with a container of sour cream and it added a layer of hearty deliciousness I wasn't used to but was a rich treat. It was a fabulous comfort lunch on a chilly rainy day. The other thing the sign does not say it comes with a small bag of lays chips either.
