    Seafood Combination Pan Roast
    Melissa L.

I've now been twice and brought different people with me and both groups loved it. I have only tried seafood combo (Shrimp, Clams, Crab, Lobster) pan roast, but when you find something you love, it's hard to switch it up. It's very filling (I've shared with someone on both visits). You are given the option for it to be served with garlic toast or rice, but I've opted for the toast both visits. Highly recommend on the cool autumn days.

4 piece Cod Fish and Chips! Oh and my husband :)

Cod fish and chips! We checked out the Oak Street Station tonight and I opted for Pan Roast! This is beer battered, thicker batter type fish and chips. Not my favorite style of batter but overall this was not too thick, nice and crispy, not soggy at all. I wish they had regular fries or the kind with the skins on, the waffle fries were fine just not my personal favorite! I would definitely get this again. Maybe swap the side for something else?

The halibut pasta dish is amazing. I love this place it's probably my favorite food cart there!

Nice seafood addition to Oak Park Food Cart Station in Camas. We ordered Crab Bread. We heard it was pretty delicious. You get 3 slices of French bread topped with Creamy Crab on top. Very good. Next time we'll try their Clam Chowder and fish.

I honestly don't even have words. I didn't even want to eat other foods for like 3 days after my first lobster roll because I didn't want to forget the taste. Absolute heaven on roll! And the fries are extra crispy! The crab bread is also amazing, but I don't have pics of it. Worth every penny!

Halibut in Lemon Butter Cream Sauce: OMG.. a must-have!! It's sOoOo good! Loved the light and DELICIOUS sauce.

Ate here last night cuz my husband went once and loved it. He had their Lobster Cabonera and Lobster Roll. He raved about it being prob the best food cart at Oak Tree. We live in the neighborhood and have tried almost all the food carts at Oak Tree so I agreed to go there instead of Beaverton to eat at the new GEN Korean BBQ restaurant again. There were 2 other couples standing by us who asked about the food there and he convinced them to try it as it's very good and worth the price. Last night, my husband ordered the same thing again--Lobster Cabonera and Lobster Roll. I ordered the Halibut with Lemon Butter Cream Sauce pasta to share with my sweet, fish-loving 6-yr old son. I wanted to try one of their signature bisque soups but they were all out. We also ordered their fried oysters. Ohhh ehmmm geee.. my pasta was probably one of the best pasta dishes I've had in a VERY long time! I've been searching for that perfect pasta dish for a long time--something not heavy like many pasta dishes, but light and flavorable. The last time I found something like this was during my years flying around the country on a weekly basis for work. It had to have been probably 12 years ago. The halibut was cooked perfectly and the light butter cream sauce was amazing! My husband loved his food again and devoured it (both of them) within mins--literally! He was so excited to eat his food, he forgot to offer me a taste of his Lobster Cabonera! And I was enjoying my pasta so much, I regretfully forgot to ask for a taste of his--dammit! And most importantly, our son loved the Halibut pasta dish! As for the fried oysters, it was cooked perfectly. And the batter around it is deceiving as it looked thick but it was actually light when you bite into it. It was served with a cocktail sauce with a bit of a kick to it. As perfectly cooked as it was and the light batter, I wasn't feeling it but it's probably cuz it was served with fries. That's too much deep fried stuff in one dish for me. Some risotto or seasoned rice dish might've been better with it. I may have to agree with my husband that Pan Roast is probably one of the best food carts at Oak Tree Station. On our way out of the warm covered eating area where we sat enjoying our food, we passed the two couples that my husband convinced to try Pan Roast. They stopped him to thank him for his recommendation and tell him that they agreed with him--the food was amazing and it was prob one of the best food carts there! I am already craving that Halibut pasta dish again. Maybe I can convince my husband to go eat there again today--his treat, if course!! LOL.. Don't miss out and definitely make a stop at Pan Roast. I doubt you'll regret it. I haven't written a Yelp review in a looong time, but the food here was too good for me to not share it with the rest of you--enjoy!

Shrimp roll was overall mid. The shrimp didn't have too much flavor. The fries were really good. Overall ambiance at Oak Tree Station were very good. Lots of seating and open area

First of all, the drive into the town was gorgeous and scenic. What a restaurant with a view! Easy parking and plenty of seating on the inside. Second, the staff were incredible. From the moment we walked in, the young lady taking our order was friendly, welcoming, and helpful with our questions as non-locals. Another co-worker was helpful in helping us to get seated and bringing out food/drinks. Wonderful service, thank you! Third, the food was AMAZING! Everything we ate was fresh, hearty, and so flavorful. We shared a cup of clam chowder and it was so creamy and delicious. My husband got the fish and chips with the Cajun seasoning and it was so scrumptious! And very filling! I got the smoked salmon po'boy and it was so decadent. I loved every bite and walked away stuffed! And, on top of it all, prices were so reasonable for such fresh fish and ingredients! If we are ever in the area again, we are going to be sure to stop by Brigham Fish Market. It is worth every minute of the drive, every dollar, and every bite! Thanks for an amazing lunch!

The coating even held up perfectly to the steelhead I ordered, which, as you know if you love steelhead like I do, is a very fatty/oily delicate fish. I've tried making beer batter with steelhead before and it both breaks apart too easily and also, the oil and fat of the fish make the coating get soggy very fast. Not here! The steelhead was super fresh and tasty. But wait, there's more, much, much more...! When I say that I mean the portions. Holy fabulous fish fry fantasy, Batman! These are BIG chunks of fish, each about the size of half a fillet! See the picture! I ended up giving 1 away to some people near me (who LOVED it) because there was no way I could eat all this! Even with that, I was so full, I could only eat like 3 french fries. And, the fries were very good, handmade, thick cut wedges, not quite jojo's, but thick enough to be super fluffy inside. But, that's not all...! She said she makes everything from scratch, including the tartar sauce. Oh, I love tartar sauce for my fish and chips, and this one was SO gooooooooood! Now, I can't imagine she made the ketchup, but I was very happy to find that, instead of a few measly commercial packets, I got two, count 'em, TWO nice big containers for dipping, much better than most carts. Right now Captain's Galley is hidden behind a newly arrived red psychedelic-painted Mexican food truck. The food is as delicious as ever. Fried but not greasy, no old oil taste. My usual order is fish, shrimp and clams, chips instead of fries. All made fresh to order. The chips are to die for, fried just right. The breading in the clams, shrimp and fish has just the right amount of seasoning. They are so not greasy that I can eat them all as finger food and wiping my fingers off on a napkin doesn't leave greasy streaks. All are served with a little coleslaw, generous amounts of cocktail sauce, a spicy but not too much so dipping sauce, and the best tarter sauce I ever had in my life. I found something new to make me happy. They have delicious fish tacos! Before trying these I had fast food fish tacos that were more crunchy breading than fish. Captain's Galley brings the fish! Perfectly seasoned fish with toppings in proportion and a nice drizzle of sauce. Now when I go back it's a tough decision as to what to get. If you ever in your life liked New England clam chowder, get yourself on over to Captain's Galley for theirs. I've had New England clam chowder many times in New England and this is so much better! Because the temperature is less than 40 degrees, we hurried up with our order, so she can go back & close the windows, where it's warmer. We both ordered 2-3 fish and chowder. It took about 7 mins. maybe more, for our order to be done. I actually was disappointed: there were two or three (for hubby's order) fish sticks, (and they looked burned). I was hoping for some chips but I guess that was EXTRA, and we didn't order that. Total for mine is $10. The tartar sauce was filled with dill. The chowder (be both agreed), was salty! (We've tasted that SAME chowder elsewhere before). The lemon was fresh! (Probably, the only thing plus the dill, that's fresh there). This is the first time I wanted Fish & Chips, and Chowder, and no chips or fries. Totally my fault! I should have read the menu, and I shouldn't feel sorry for someone who is cold, and try to rush my order, when I only have seconds to pick what I wanted. I SHOULD have spend more time reading everything BEFORE I ordered. (I've ordered them so many times, in my life, I was assuming chips or fries came with the order).
