We sought estimates from other contractors but we felt none of them measured up to H&C in terms of their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. Even from the very beginning, before we had finalized a design or signed a contract, Luis and his team's responsiveness and professionalism always made us feel as though we were a valued client. That continued throughout the entire process as we worked with them to develop a design that fit within our budget. Fabio was assigned as our project manager and we couldn't be more thankful for him! He was on top of every last detail and when we had two unforeseen issues come up during demolition, he was quick to provide us a thorough assessment of the issue, several options, and his professional recommendation. It was extremely evident that Fabio and his crew that were here every day were a strong team and it was reflected in their daily communications, their craftsmanship, and their meticulous attention to detail. We'll definitely recommend H&C to our friends and family for any remodeling projects. We're looking forward to enjoying our new kitchen for years to come!

So, David smoothed out the walls, plugged the holes from the old mirrors, and repainted. CHECK! My mailbox had the gangster lean so he put in a new one. 6 Stars out of 5! I…read morewas on the board at my previous condo for 18 years, I have been on my current condo board for eight years, and Home Perfection Contracting is the best and most professional contractor I have ever worked with. They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. I've never worked with a contractor who followed up with an offer of help like this: "Remember, you can always reach out with any technical building related questions, in any trades. I'm more than happy to give advice and guidance on code matters or general best practices, even if you are hiring other people."

Ahmad and his crew had a keen sense of attention to detail that made us very happy and left the neighbors extremely impressed. He was here everyday and was quick to respond if/when needed. Ahmad was extremely patient, knowledgeable and answered all of the many questions I had morning and night. The crew left the site clean and organized ready for the next day. They worked tirelessly morning and night and were extremely respectful and kind. He is honest and fair and produces fantastic work, something that is rare to come by these days. I will be using Ahmad for all our future Contracting needs! Thank you, Ahmad and crew!

**Excellent Service from Start to Finish - Highly Recommend!**…read more Malek from Sider Construction exceeded our expectations in every way. After finding him on Yelp (where his stellar reviews caught my attention), he responded promptly with a detailed and fair estimate that gave me confidence in moving forward. One thing that impressed me right from the start was his patience when I needed extra time to coordinate with my tenants' schedules. He was understanding and did not make me feel rushed, which speaks volumes about his customer service approach. Malek delivered more than he promised - showing up precisely on time and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. My tenants were equally impressed. The quality of work was great and completed at a (more than) fair price that reflected true value. It's rare to find a contractor who combines reliability, skill, and genuine professionalism so seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sider Construction again and will definitely be recommending Malek to friends and family. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)
