Haven't been to this location - so of course I had to make a stop lol! The location was super clean. We were greeted when we walked in, and the person helping us was super friendly. We sampled the new monthly flavors - but I stuck with my coffee and caramel. It's always my go to. The other half I decided to spice it up and got the chocolate chip. Overall - everything at this location was great! It's located in a shopping center with ample parking, although sometimes it can get crowded in there! read more

I haven't been to this location, but for some reason it wasn't hitting. I was craving it so much and it was decent, but I don't know. I think they need more flavors. I got the buttercream pretzel, which is the best one and then I got the Crema, which is a hazelnut one. I love Nutella so I got this one, but I'm thinking maybe last time I got a different flavor cause I used to be in love with this place when I first was introduced to it. I love the outfits that the employees wear however and they get everyone in and out. I spent $11 for two different flavors on a waffle hole. I walked out. Everyone was drooling over my choices. I still would definitely recommend going. They have pistachio and other great flavors as well. read more

You know that you love Gelato when you have it two days in a row and at two different Bacio di Latte locations! Yep! I was craving gelato this evening and decided to pop into the Encino location. This location had the best crew working tonight!!! Sidney & Brandon were the best! I didn't get the name of the other taller gentlemen working there who helped me for the to go order. They were all so helpful, patient and very nice! The minute we walked in we were greeted with a "welcome" I already knew what flavors I was going to have. There's plenty of indoor seating and the store is so clean and bright. I'm such a fan of Bacio di Latte! This location is the closest to my house so it will become a regular hang out. Parking is free and plentiful! read more

I came here a couple of days ago during their free gelato day. I arrived right before the rush and there were only a few people in line in front of me. The line also moved quickly as the service was very prompt. Customers were given samples to try prior to ordering. There were two non dairy options, which were the raspberry and strawberry sorbettos and I was given both to try. I loved them both but instantly fell in love with the tartness of the raspberry which really complimented the sweetness of the sorbetto. I ordered that as my scoop and was given the option of a waffle cone or cup. Being the messy eater that I am, I chose the cup. The service was so friendly and helpful. I was able to find an open table to sit at. The chairs were so comfy and relaxing and the ambiance really made me feel like I had been transported to Italy. I really love their elegant decor. It was very clean inside too, so I felt safe eating my sorbetto there! I love how despite there being no dairy, the sorbetto was still rich and creamy! It was so refreshing on a hot day and such a treat! Parking was also very easy and free in the giant parking lot in the shopping center they're in. I will definitely return soon! read more

On their first day of opening, all the scoops were half off! We heard this was the best gelato in the US from the brother in law and we tried several flavors beforehand. Each flavor hit perfectly and I got the cone dipped in pistachio with belgian chocolate and pistachio. Twas very creamy and satisfying. Now we don't need to go to Italy for good gelato when you have bacio! read more

With four locations in the valley, sophisticated culture has arrived. This one is newly opened. I ordered the regular size cup with Bacio di Latte and Stracciatella. The Bacio is a sweet cream/vanilla taste, and the Stracc is crushed chocolate chips in the cream vanilla. The regular size looks tiny but it packs an Italian gelato punch of creaminess, density and flavor. $9. Great tasting, and best ingredients (or so they say). They also serve illy espresso! Bacio di Latte is not aesthetically pleasing to the eye but of course their gelato is even better! There are so many flavors to choose from but don't worry, their staff is so welcoming, you'll find your favorite in no time! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. So excited to have Bacio di Latte so close to home! As someone who prefers gelato over ice cream, I loved trying this place out and can't wait to explore more flavors in my next visit. Sydney was wonderful and she graciously allowed us to sample several flavors. I ultimately went with the Chocolate Pistachio Crunch which was a perfect blend of chocolaty and nutty flavors. The interior is beautifully decorated and has comfy seating, so it makes for a great place to enjoy a sweet treat and chat with friends/family. The place looks absolutely beautiful . The attendees have been trained and they are soooo nice. As you walk in, they make sure you are aware that you can sample any of the flavors available. They also let you know this organic product is made fresh daily. Wow. I got one scoop halo peanut butter and half caramel. Truly delicious. My wife got chocolate flavor. They have a 50% off until Thursday. We paid a bit more than $8. I don't know if I want to pay $16 for two scoops. But you never know. read more

I love this gelato and bring my kids here every week. We were recently served by Aisha who was amazingly kind and helpful. Only thing I wish was that this location had the Mint Chocolate Chip flavor that Studio City has. I know it's a popular flavor and would love to be able to get it at the Encino location. We buy pints of their sorbets which is also SO good. I would love to see another sorbet flavor come out like lemon! read more

Bacio di Latte was born in 2011 from Edoardo and Luigi's passion for gelato, and their desire to share it with the rest of the world. The two brothers set out from their home town Milan, and drove across Italy to dive into the secrets of traditional Italian gelato recipes. I bought 30g of their matcha and admittedly thought when they didn't give it to me at the counter that they forgot, but I sat down at a table to eat my ice cream and decided to just ask for it after I finished. Thank goodness I did, because the cashier came up to my table about 10 minutes later and handed me a little bag of fresh-ground matcha. She took a second to explain to me how to store it and keep it fresh, and I just really appreciated the extra bit of customer service, even if it's something they're maybe expected to do. When I have the money, I'll definitely come back and get their 100g pack! Highly recommend this place for any matcha lovers, whether you're looking for a drink, a sweet soft serve treat, or matcha for home use.

FUN FACT: they also have 1-2 flavors that are considered "last chance" flavors which means they are about to run out so get it before it's gone. Each month I go in to try another tasty flavor and it never disappoints but I am sometimes that girl who tries the new stuff but ends up getting her usual order (chocolate brownie) and am always happy. Just the smell of sugar cone alone when you walk in gets you hooked. The atmosphere is just so welcoming. Don't be intimidated by the many flavors to choose from because there are a lot. I like to get their double scoop in a waffle cone, but they also have awesome split scoop options for those more adventurous and want to try multiple flavors in one scoop.
