She allowed my friends and I to try all the flavors they had to offer. She even shared she knowledge of the differnce between gelato and ice cream. Went out recently on a Saturday night with some friends, and was recommended to try this spot! Long story short, the gelato was amazing. The customer service was phenomenal! We were served by Sydney, and she was very patient and kind with us! She even took the time to explain each flavor and had us sample them all! They had a great array of choices to pick and try from, along with a cup or waffle cone which smelled amazing all through out the store. The gelato itself was light, airy, and not overwhelmingly sweet; all with unique and strong flavors. Not to mention there was plenty of parking as well! Haven't been to this location - so of course I had to make a stop lol! The location was super clean. We were greeted when we walked in, and the person helping us was super friendly. We sampled the new monthly flavors - but I stuck with my coffee and caramel. It's always my go to. The other half I decided to spice it up and got the chocolate chip. This location had the best crew working tonight!!! Sidney & Brandon were the best! I didn't get the name of the other taller gentlemen working there who helped me for the to go order. They were all so helpful, patient and very nice! The minute we walked in we were greeted with a "welcome" I already knew what flavors I was going to have. There's plenty of indoor seating and the store is so clean and bright. I'm such a fan of Bacio di Latte! This location is the closest to my house so it will become a regular hang out. I came here a couple of days ago during their free gelato day. I arrived right before the rush and there were only a few people in line in front of me. The line also moved quickly as the service was very prompt. Customers were given samples to try prior to ordering. There were two non dairy options, which were the raspberry and strawberry sorbettos and I was given both to try. I loved them both but instantly fell in love with the tartness of the raspberry which really complimented the sweetness of the sorbetto. I ordered that as my scoop and was given the option of a waffle cone or cup. Being the messy eater that I am, I chose the cup. The service was so friendly and helpful. I was able to find an open table to sit at. The chairs were so comfy and relaxing and the ambiance really made me feel like I had been transported to Italy. I really love their elegant decor. It was very clean inside too, so I felt safe eating my sorbetto there! I love how despite there being no dairy, the sorbetto was still rich and creamy! It was so refreshing on a hot day and such a treat! Parking was also very easy and free in the giant parking lot in the shopping center they're in. I will definitely return soon! read more

On their first day of opening, all the scoops were half off! We heard this was the best gelato in the US from the brother in law and we tried several flavors beforehand. Each flavor hit perfectly and I got the cone dipped in pistachio with belgian chocolate and pistachio. Twas very creamy and satisfying. Only thing I wish was that this location had the Mint Chocolate Chip flavor that Studio City has. I know it's a popular flavor and would love to be able to get it at the Encino location.
