I arrived early to complete paperwork, and although the office was busy, the staff were very kind and the visit was efficient. From being taken to the exam room to returning home with my toddler took about 35 minutes. Dr. Williams asked thorough questions, examined my ear, and performed microsuction. It felt unusual and briefly uncomfortable, but I noticed immediate relief, likely from removing impacted bacteria. He was kind, addressed the issue, promptly sent my prescription, and offered a follow-up visit to recheck my ear. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would return.

I expressed my frustration last time and Dr. Worrel said that EENT are hard to come by but the office was not busy every time we come. They gave us an appointment for today March 27. When we came the office manager said they cancelled our appointment without letting us know because of our sentiment last time. My mother is a handicap so hard to prepare her for the appointment only to be told they cancelled us without prior notice. I'm filing a complain to the Medical Board of California for abuse/neglect of my 85 years old and handicap mother.

When visiting the Woodglen Medical Group yelp page I was hesitant to go with Dr. Kassar based on the overall negative reviews of the Woodglen Medical Group as a whole, but I'm lazy and wanted to get a OB close to home. I am extremely happy I decided to go with Dr. Kassar, something to keep in mind - Sam Kassar is the OB for pregnancies and Naim Kassar seems to be the OB for everything else but babies. While I am only halfway through my pregnancy journey so far I have had great experiences with the doctor and staff. - Appointment making process is simple and easy. Something to note, they do not call to confirm your appt. a few days before, but technically that's the responsibly of the patient to make sure we know when our appt. is so I get it. - Staff (e.g. front desk and assistants) are friendly and provide good information for the easier questions you may have. - Dr. Kassar is super informative and always has an answer to all of my (normal and weird) questions + everything is located in one place here, the ultrasounds and the doctor. So there's never a need to wait to find out the outcome of the ultrasound, you find out once you see the doctor immediately after. Oh, and if you need to give blood, its on site as well. No need to visit another office. - I have never met the nurse, however I have called countless times to ask questions or inquire her opinion on different things and she is so helpful everytime. Between the nurse and Dr. Kassar I have had full peace of mind throughout my pregnancy.

I was told at my 6 week postpartum appointment that the shape of my pelvis was not made to give birth naturally and that I would never be able to give birth vaginally. When I asked if I could even consider having a VBAC, I was told absolutely not, especially because "babies typically get bigger with each pregnancy" (my first born was 8lbs 7oz). A few years later we moved and I got a new OB. Since then I've had two incredibly easy VBACs, amazing birthing experiences, and two babies less than 8lbs. My last delivery was so easy that our baby's name means "rest." I credit both of my VBAC experiences to the Lord's gracious blessings after the complete fear of childbirth and the postpartum depression that came after essentially being told I wasn't built to have children. I give two stars because my child was delivered safely and there was one nurse on staff that was always very friendly, or else I would only give one star.

Yesterday my Brother had successful Heart Surgery with Dr. Discepolo. Today on Saturday 9-6 less than 24 hours after his surgery My Brother is back to his old self again. He was laughing & smiling. It brought joy to our family knowing my brother was no longer suffering & struggling to breathe because of his heart issues. A big Thank you to Dr. Khedia for introducing my brother to his NEW Cardiologist Dr. Discepolo. We are so very grateful for his knowledge in his field of Cardiology. He does Amazing work. Not even how can I help you or anything. In her defense, I think she was new. I even heard one of them talking bad about the person on the phone while she had her on hold. Kind of unprofessional. The girl who did help me was very nice but some of the other ladies need some training.

I called the office back minutes after leaving and spoke to his medical assistant who also stated that its odd that the 26 percent of predicted was not explained or discussed. She called back and said that the Doctor is done explaining the testing and I am welcome to go someone where else for a second opinion. Please see a different doctor at this location. calling back and asking for an explanation on a 26 percent of predicted and then being blown off by being told to go somewhere else is unbelievable customer service and probably doesn't represent the whole company but he works for them. Showing up to an appointment to review results with NO results in front of me is a red flag. Then when I asked about going over them with him and him only focuses on 3 parameters was also a bit odd as he constantly redirected me back to 3 parameters. The only drawback is that receiving an appointment can be a hassle as he's popular and gets booked out. Upside to that is that you can always see one of his great PAs on staff.
