I had a specialist visit today for an ear issue I've had on and off for over a year. My PCP referred me and recommended I be seen as soon as possible because the exact infection type was unclear. I scheduled the appointment about three weeks ago after approval. I arrived early to complete paperwork, and although the office was busy, the staff were very kind and the visit was efficient. From being taken to the exam room to returning home with my toddler took about 35 minutes. Dr. Williams asked thorough questions, examined my ear, and performed microsuction. It felt unusual and briefly uncomfortable, but I noticed immediate relief, likely from removing impacted bacteria. He was kind, addressed the issue, promptly sent my prescription, and offered a follow-up visit to recheck my ear. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would return. read more

Called the Office today to find out when my appointment was. The young lady said it was in March. I asked don't you send a reminder or anything like most doctors do? She said "that's just a courtesy , you should've wrote it down"!! I get it my fault. I should've. Then when I asked for another appointment they couldn't see me until June. This office is beyond terrible, ya doctors okay maybe even good thats when and if you can get through to make an appointment. Hours they're open doesnt mean they answer phones, not even from hospitals. Years and years of reviews show how terrible the office staff are. I have multiple chronic illnesses, other doctors and offices have apologized for how horrible this office staff is, and keep telling me hes a great doctor. It took me 1 entire month, and 5 rescheduled cts to get them to fax the order to the hospital. Hospital knew everytime and just said "we might as well reschedule" and explained his office staff is horrible. I went to see this doctor for a complaint about a hum in my ear. They tested my hearing. I suppose my hearing is fine since I can hear quite well. Then he sent me to get an MRI. He said my MRI was fine that there was nothing wrong. Then he stopped being a doctor and told me to continue taking allergy medicine and to live with my problem. The sad part is to get an appointment with this place takes forever to reach anybody on the phone takes forever. The first snow of the season, the guy disappears, I wonder where he went. Terrible, terrible front office. Booked an appointment a week in advance and they called me ONE hour before my appointment to try to cancel on me saying they don't take my secondary insurance. I missed the call since it's not a registered number on my phone, so I called them back at the same number. I asked if they take my Primary insurance and they kept diverting the conversation to saying I have HMO, which in fact I'm staring at my Primary Medical Insurance showing that I have PPO and their office is in network and covered. Eventually they said that I would need to pay $150 upfront out of pocket, and they would refund me when my insurance pays them. I then called them out on this saying it was a little last minute to run insurance an hour before the appointment and trying to cancel on me. Radio silence for 20 seconds before I asked if they were still on the line. I didn't even get a "Sorry" or an explanation for this. All they asked at the end was "so do you still want to keep the appointment?". I said yes, realized it was a mistake, and tried calling them back at the number I just got off the phone with. I got 3 beeps and the call ended. Pretty sure they blocked me or something, not sure. Such a wild, infuriating, and disrespectful experience. I can't attest to the doctor, but if the front office is like this, I would not want to come again. Find some other doctor. Do better. read more

Frankly, I will walk through fire to have this man be my doctor. I don't remember how I found him but my guardian Angels must have been leading me. For years, on and off, I have been having really odd symptoms like left brain zaps, let eye pain, not a keen sense of smell, vertigo twice, a few years apart, and the last episode of all limbs going numb and big exam by my primary doctor sent me to ER, and finally, a neurologist who did a CT angiogram to rule out any kind of blood vessel narrowing or damage. And on this, they saw a complete calcification of my left maxillary sinus cavity. So off to Dr Williams who suggested to have an endoscope removal on this "thing" the radiologist suggested is a fungal ball. I was petrified, to put it mildly, but Dr Williams' confidence and bedside manner really calmed me down. So at the hospital, he came bedside and asked, I just told him I am plenty scared. He reassured me, and I have to say, it was yesterday I had my procedure, and I have no discomfort at all!! I told him if he could not fix it today, I won't waste time to come anymore. So he fix my nose with a metal stick, which I could do by myself at home. I had went to the ER for ear pain and couldn't hear. ER said I had infection and provided antibiotics. 4 days later I got worse. I needed to see a ENT fast so I contacted dr Williams office they saw me ASAP. All I can say is that Dr Williams is the best, he fixed the problem in 5 mins. Wasn't very helpful. My appointment lasted about 3 minutes which was a waste of my 40 dollar copay. I've had a consistent popping of ears and head congestion for months now. He simply stated keep taking Zyrtec or Zyrtec D and consistent ear popping is a normal everyday sensation (definitely not true). This is probably the worst experience I've ever had with a doctors office. Let me start by saying the doctor is very good but because of the incompetence of the staff we won't be going to him any longer. My husband had an appointment with him in May, they said supposedly they checked our insurance and our deductible hadn't been met so they wanted $125. I know for sure we met it but but we just paid the 125$ because they said once they got the EOB they would give us a refund. So I thought no big deal, we usually get our EOB within a couple weeks. It is now July and still no refund. The lady in billing is completely rude and has no idea what she is doing. She keeps giving me the run around and at this point I'm so frustrated because I have done everything I have to do on my end. She supposedly processed my refund last week and when I called to ask how long it usually takes to receive the refund since I still haven't received it on my end she answered "I don't know". How can you not know how long the refund process takes if you work in the billing department? I also asked her for a receipt of the refund to my debit card for proof that she actually refunded it back and she says she doesn't have it, the biller has it. Which makes absolutely no sense. I'm so tired of getting the run around with this billing department. Hopefully an account manager or someone can see this and reach out to me because it is absolutely unacceptable. I have done my part and provided all the necessary information so it shouldn't be that difficult to get a refund. At the end of my treatment regimen I went back to see him because I still had pain and ulcerations on the inside of both my cheeks. Upon inspecting my cheeks this Dr. told me there was nothing that could be done about my condition. Doubting his opinion I then consulted another Dr. -- a dermatologist -- that prescribed a topical cortico steroid for my condition and I've been healing since. Dr. Willimas lied to me and left twisting in the wind with a very painful condition. Dr. Williams is an unethical and shameless liar. Don't believe anything good you read about him. I made appointment and received a phone call from the office saying my insurance payment had not been received and I would need to cancel my appointment or have my insurance faxed them saying they received my payment. My insurance was active but they had not processed the payment online as the 1st of the month. Payment was due on the first and was paid but not processed.My appt was on the 2nd. My insurance faxed them saying pymt was received but would take a days to show up online. Also told the office there's a 30 day grace oeriod. The office would not let me keep my appt. This review was long overdue. My childhood doctor mentioned that my tonsils were large and into adulthood my local dentist in Covina would tell me that my tonsils were large on two different occasions. He firmly believed that they should be looked at by a specialist and was kind enough to write me a letter. I decided to see a specialist which was this doctor. He looked down my throat for less than 30 seconds where he proceeded to tell me that they're fine. I decided to talk about how they increase in size when I have a sore throat and my concerns over sleep apnea due to my snoring and waking myself up in the middle of the night. I even asked him about sleep studies but he told me to talk to the front desk and was not helpful. By the end of the appointment, he told me to purchase Flonase at a pharmacy. I was charged $40 for this. Flash forward to the present, I am healed and have my tonsils out! I did a sleep study and turns out I had sleep apnea. I got a second opinion from another specialist (person of color) and he believed me about my reoccurring sore throats, and was approved for surgery. Another perk is that I do not snore anymore. :) This review goes to show my experience where I feel that my medical needs were dismissed and ignored. I am now doing research about implicit bias in health care and it is interesting. To anyone reading this advocate for your health care needs! I saw the good reviews on yelp and was excited to find an someone who could possibly help me with my TMJ. Anyways I'll start from the beginning. I called initially and spoke to someone extremely helpful. Unfortunately I did not get her name. I called back in an attempt to ask her for a TMJ referall. I am diagnosed with TMJ by my dentist. And am browsing outside of my current dentists referall just to compare pricing and check credentials. But upon calling back I encounter the manager known as Marie or Maria. Wasn't worth remembering tbh. Basically the opposite of the first person I spoke to. I was going to leave a nice 5 star review just based off the first persons excellent service. But this manager I spoke to basically tells me that in order for me to GET a referall. I would have to be seen by the doctor, pay 150, and then get the referall. Came here after getting crappy service at an urgent care in west covina. Dr williams helped removed the cotton from the q-tip that got stuck in my ear canal and now I can hear again. Dr. Williams saved my life. I have a rare blood disease that causes frequent and heavy nosebleeds. He tried everything from the last invasive to ultimately surgery that fixed the problem completely. The point is, he stick with me, has a great bedside manner and was willing to work with me to find the solution.
