I expressed my frustration last time and Dr. Worrel said that EENT are hard to come by but the office was not busy every time we come. They gave us an appointment for today March 27. When we came the office manager said they cancelled our appointment without letting us know because of our sentiment last time. My mother is a handicap so hard to prepare her for the appointment only to be told they cancelled us without prior notice. I'm filing a complain to the Medical Board of California for abuse/neglect of my 85 years old and handicap mother.

I had a specialist visit today for an ear issue I've had on and off for over a year. I arrived early to complete paperwork, and although the office was busy, the staff were very kind and the visit was efficient. From being taken to the exam room to returning home with my toddler took about 35 minutes. Dr. Williams asked thorough questions, examined my ear, and performed microsuction. It felt unusual and briefly uncomfortable, but I noticed immediate relief, likely from removing impacted bacteria. He was kind, addressed the issue, promptly sent my prescription, and offered a follow-up visit to recheck my ear. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would return.

Recently moved to area so need to replace the doc who installed ear tubes in my son's ears about 4…read moreyears ago. To this point, limited issues with tubes and occasional infections easily handled with Ofloxin. So, I make an appointment with Dr. Bachoura's office. The office process is old school (no electronic anything - fax) with most forms, not applicable to a 7 year old. Doctor was nice enough, but examined my son's ear in a way that hurt him. Doc also said he'd write a script when needed. Good enough since we hadn't had problems. Fast forward 3 weeks later. My son gets hit in the ear at swim practice (blood coming out) and gets an ear inflection. He actually cries when I tell him we have to see this doc again (and he's not a wimpy kid). Naturally, I call the doc's office and ask to see doc and get a prescription. I'm told that the doc is out for two weeks and the office can't fit me in with the covering doctor until 6 days later. AND, they won't have the covering doc write a prescription unless he can see him. They are basically booked up and I need to go to my primary care doc to handle the problem. VERY disappointed in my experience here. Not an acceptable way to handle an emergency situation. Wouldn't recommend for children at all.

Had to fill out a few forms since I was a new patient. Appointment time was at 3:45pm, probably only had to wait till 4:00pm to be consulted by the doctor. Overall everything was pretty quick, Dr. Nguyen's explanations were all pretty clear and easy to understand. Building and office was nice, assistants and doctors were all very friendly also. Great place
