From being taken to the exam room to returning home with my toddler took about 35 minutes. Dr. Williams asked thorough questions, examined my ear, and performed microsuction. It felt unusual and briefly uncomfortable, but I noticed immediate relief, likely from removing impacted bacteria. He was kind, addressed the issue, promptly sent my prescription, and offered a follow-up visit to recheck my ear. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would return.

When I attempted to reschedule, I called in excess of 10 times before I was able to actually speak to someone who put me on hold and then disconnected the call (I called back another 10 times after that without success). I called today as I have a block of time where I'm not traveling for work and I was told that there were available appointments in Chino for the week of the 16th and in the Upland office for the week of the 23rd but I needed a hearing test prior. I was able to schedule a hearing test for the 18th but when I called back (4 attempts) I was told that Dr Olcott's availability is 8 -10 weeks out but if I was OK seeing a PA they could get me in on the 27th. When I asked about the availability at the Chino office the week of the 16th, I was informed that the only available appointments were on the 16th and because I wouldn't have a current hearing test at that time, I was left with the 27th (when I will be traveling for work). It should be noted that I am a returning patient (albeit several years between visits).

The office process is old school (no electronic anything - fax) with most forms, not applicable to a 7 year old. Doctor was nice enough, but examined my son's ear in a way that hurt him. Doc also said he'd write a script when needed. Good enough since we hadn't had problems. Fast forward 3 weeks later. My son gets hit in the ear at swim practice (blood coming out) and gets an ear inflection. He actually cries when I tell him we have to see this doc again (and he's not a wimpy kid). Naturally, I call the doc's office and ask to see doc and get a prescription. I'm told that the doc is out for two weeks and the office can't fit me in with the covering doctor until 6 days later. AND, they won't have the covering doc write a prescription unless he can see him. They are basically booked up and I need to go to my primary care doc to handle the problem. VERY disappointed in my experience here. Not an acceptable way to handle an emergency situation. Wouldn't recommend for children at all.

The staff also wears gloves inspecting your nose, ears, or throat. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since they share the lot with several other medical offices. The medical office itself was very quiet, clean, neat, and tidy. The waiting room is very calming and peaceful. Staff: Dr. Fisher is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent bedside manners. The receptionist at the front desk was also very welcoming and courteous. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.
